， 重复算钱； 收部分材料费是她的信用卡付的，可是给不出信用卡账单，显示是她付
的不是装修师傅付的。
具体情况如下， 都是事实：
我在异地，卖东湾的房，根据版上的推荐， 先是找了一个声誉好的经纪，人家生意好
，我的地方也远，而且也不是M级别的房子，所以推荐给我这个W姓经纪。推荐说也是很

changed now. They are cash only. Napkins not included, nor are baggies or
foil for "to-go" of items. Kogi is now on the cost-cutting method, which is
a slap in the face of Kogi Truck loyalists. Not a fan of their cost-
cutting measures.

， 重复算钱； 说部分材料费是她的信用卡付的，可是给不出信用卡账单，显示是她付
的不是装修师傅付的。
具体情况如下， 都是事实：
我在异地，卖东湾的房，根据版上的推荐， 先是找了一个声誉好的经纪，人家生意好
，我的地方也远，而且也不是M级别的房子，所以推荐给我这个W姓经纪。推荐说也是很
多年的卖房经验。
我看她是北大毕业，美国PHD， 也有些年纪了，感觉不会太离谱。 最后选了她。
她给我建议：先装修，然后再卖比较好。 由于我在其他州， 她说，她帮我找
CONTRACTOR。
推荐两个CONTRACTOR， 一个是越南裔，一个是华裔。都给了报价，她推荐这个华裔的
，总共收$7100, 建议客厅装8个灯， 另外$800。她说这个费用如果付不了，可以她先
垫付，然后ESCROW里扣。 我也不是拿不出这个钱，实在是她说的更方便，就同意了。
我就她说这么办就这么办，就按你推荐的，用华裔。我看报价，给她一个装修工程清单
，要求按清单施工。 让她监督，按清单检查完成了，最后付款。而且我和她说了需要

SAN ANTONIO - The Spurs flew back to San Antonio early Friday afternoon
after their heartbreaking loss to the Heat Thursday night in Game 7 of the
NBA Finals.
The team touched down at Landmark Aviation, in the 500 block of Sandau Road,
by San Antonio International Airport around 1:30 p.m. Friday.

I am very impressed with our new AD. He's clearly know what's going on inside the department and making the right decision. There is clearly huge resistance (so called "Carr-Loyalist" or "Anti-RR") inside the department. our AD should make it clear that he will not tolerate any behavior to hurt our football program regardless the motivation. This is unfair to RR, i wish he can stay here for another 2-3 years without any distractio |
