而且loyal3第三轮融资挺顺利的.
疑问是万一file bankruptcy的话SPIC到底能处理到什么程度.

的产品，公司不就赚到了么？看上去这个business model没啥问题，如果是正反馈的话
是三赢。另外，只要对公司来讲，通过loyal3卖股票的cost小于自己卖或通过大的
broker卖股票，它就不亏啊。 |

想玩点数的人，是希望能看见明确的收入
加上股票这个涨跌不一的因素… => 还不如就玩股票就行了
觉得买股票不会赔或一定赚的人，还不如直接买卖股票
而且投资最忌买的时候没有预期要hold多长，等到赔钱了才长期hold…
赚了10000点，但在股票赔了$300，那其实还是赔的
如果它可以买S&P500这种index fund
我会考虑拿它来做长期投资
结论：不要用loyal3来赚点数

seems like you can use credit card to pay for the IPO stocks
cons:
can only sell stocks once a day
sell is not executed immediately
only certain stocks are available for trade (mostly big famous brands)
no options

我现在在用loyal3玩股票，也就真的是玩一玩，想先看看这个是怎么回事。但是有个关
于tax的问题。这个网站说会有两个tax form，一个1099-DIV，一个1099-B。好像是不
管赚不赚钱，只要有股票买卖就会有1099-B。我的问题是，这个一般会交多少的税啊？
会不会没赚到钱结果造成tax nighmare啊？
我也就是好玩而已，要是赚不到钱还要缴税就没意思了。
