然后dealer 说这个closed trigger guard的5~7 天到货可以一起取
Open的要久一点好像
以前以为要等30天才能买下一只枪，结果这是只针对手枪，长枪不用等30天。 |

(Prehypertension) range. Then I started monitoring blood pressure
before and after runnings this week.
I did three medium long runs on Monday (10mile), Tuesday (9mile) and
today, Thursday (12mile).
I have seen a pattern that each time 2 hours after the medium long
run, systolic (high pressure) drops by 15-20mmHg, diastolic (low
pressure) drops by 5-10mmHg. Only after long runs, my blood
pressure are back to Normal range.

mp 越大这个估计越准确，甚至可以进一步得到

I know some optical fiber has cladding layer whose refractive
index is around 1.2, but can not find any information on that.

10）被突来的雨淋慌了，来不及refer我照的照片，结果把两个mount都装反了。点火后
车体强烈共振，害得我老不得不返工，周日也不得休息。装正确了以后，共振就消失了。
可气的是，换完后发现发动机行进中加减速时的晃动减轻了但没有完全消失，看来上面
两个hydraulic mounts中至少有一个还是坏的，只有等这个周末再检查和更换了。
为了DIY同修们能看的清楚细节，图片比较大。带来麻烦见谅。 |
