1，美股公司如果能独霸市场，至少业界领先，那么它的股票基本上成为大热是一定的
。这一点上facebook毫无问题。
2，无数野鸡A质疑盈利模式，但是这么些年来，无数人把facebook放到显微镜下研究，
我不认为他们没有想到这些。
3，不管是版面上还是其他地方，怀疑的声音很多，这个是利好，什么时候所有人众口
一声彩声震天的时候才是糟糕的时候。
虽然不认为facebook短期能在$38再往上冲太多，但是如果能ipo到，赚应该没啥问题。

一口吃成胖子。
大部分人买房的过程都是从租房， 到买condo, Townhouse, entry level SFH. 等
build equity 后， 再卖掉换大房。这个过程叫 “move-up”. 如果第一次买房就直
奔 CV 米级大房， 只会造成心理错位，延误时机， 除非是富二，官二现身， 或中了
Lotto.
追涨， 不杀跌
房事高了，抢着排队去了。房事跌的时候，有钱的不去捞底。而且一般老中很少会不放
或少放down payment, refi cash out 等等。 每月付mortgage 特及时，跌下来的时候
，变负资产也没法割肉。不象老白，劳模拍拍屁股走路。
学校至上，宁要CV一张床，勿要MM一间房。
就算孟母还迁了三迁呢。何况CV的学校老师素质也高低不齐。其实家长的影响更多一点。

这些细菌听着可怕，其实都是机会细菌。而且传播途径很局限。
不是那种主动攻击的致病菌/病毒。没什么好怕的。
大部分情况都是在联合用药肠道菌群失调的情况下才有可能导致新的症状。
再说这种细菌破解的抗生素，并不是一线用药。PRIMAXIN什么的都是二线以后的三，四
线用药。临床最常用的抗生素，它并不针对。所以CDC只收到90多起病例。想想美国几
亿人，90多起轮到你，估计LITTLE LOTTO都能中了。我们医院，PRIMAXIN都要ID才能开
，普通内科医生必须CONSULT ID，自己是不能开的。
而且上PRIMAXIN什么的，本来就病的不轻了。
目前最可怕的机会细菌还是CDIFF。因为VANCOMYCIN是非常常用的抗生素，基本所有NH
来的病人如果怀疑感染都会上。上了几天，很多人就不行了，开始拉肚子。就是因为
VANCO杀光了肠道内的正常菌群，医院环境脏，病人很容易感染上CDIFF，CDIFF对正常
人群没啥用的，但是在净化了的肠道里，就横行霸道了。 |
