社区环境优雅，安全好区，无黑人墨西哥人。
社区有 高尔夫球场，篮球场，网球场，房子后面就是泳池。
15分钟走到 H mart ，20分钟走到大中华 ，30分钟走到地铁站。
当然门口巴士站交通方便，N路巴士经过地铁站，所以自己没开车不是问题。
房子住的是一家人，有文化有修养，所出租房间在2楼。
房租超值，欢迎学生，有正当职业的朋友看房，女性为佳。

February 28, 2013. 之后可以跟管理处续租。小区环境好，有健身房，游泳池，还有
多处Playyard，步行9分钟到Dunn Loring metro station. 另一个方向，步行10分钟到
大中华，H-mart(大韩)，Target等位于的购物区。
房租1500刀每月（我们是花1700跟房屋管理处租的，
因为我们要搬家，所以便宜租出去；之后如果跟管理处签一年以上合同，每月是1600，
一年以下，每月1700）。不包括水电。房间位于洗衣房正上方，一个额外的好处就是不
用担心别人抱怨吵闹什么的，一个楼里只有一间这样的。
