如果碰到体力好步伐好的磨男磨女，我就惨了。
为了解决这个，现在正在练习正手打场内的上升期齐肩球，因为对手回这种球比较多，
loopy但是大多落在发球线和底线之间，不快，但是也不浅，之前都是退到底线后等球
落回到我打击的comfort zone再打，对手有充分时间回位，一时半会很难拉出open
court，而且拉出来打过去对手也经常能救回来，还是这种loopy ball，很有时间回位
。我现在学习这个，不求打死，但是take了对方回位时间。和教练学了两次，打了几次
feed ball和ball machine，目前平时练习时候有意去打已经能打出来了，但是比赛时
候还是不太敢多用，总是觉得比赛时候自己脚步慢且迟疑。只能做到根据对手，一般要
求自己每盘用一两次而已。 |

loop不大，拍子很早就take back了。我自己好像那样做拍头速度就没我自己的晚点

我认为以练平击为基础的最大好处是在于contact point 早，其次是打球的aggressive
心态。 在平击基础上慢慢再加上旋， 这样球过网没那么loopy但还是很重 （like
most of pro you see on tv)。 坏处是， point or rally 可能会end rather
quickly。 以练上旋为基础好处是娃更能掌握flick 来加快racquet head speed (

从细节上看，在接触球前有跨部的转运，产生了相当快的bat speed；接触球后，还有
继续的drive。不足之处就是loopy，棒头掉了下来，有点捞着打的感觉。至于怎么练，
我的建议还是找professional coach去教。可以找当地的high school coach，也可以
找目前在休假的minor league player. 如果是自己有indoor facility的coach, 收费
会高很多。同时，家长也要多学习baseball相关知识，知道孩子是不是走在正确的道路
上。关于hitting, 建议的一个网站是efastball.com, 一本书是 The science of
hitting by Ted Williams. 如果想和孩子一起了解baseball history, Amazon prime
video 有Baseball: A Film by Ken Burns (Includes the Tenth Inning)，很有意思

when comparing consistency. There is always some one can block your loop. No
one can guarantee his loop is unstoppable. It is all about the variation of
speed ,spin and place. Ppl like you block it back, which gives me those

回去,起码不要让他轻易上网.
你的球太loopy了,这样有好有坏.好的是如果你打得深,对手不容易应付,许多时候只能
loop回去.坏的是如果不够深,或不够快的话,很容易给人上网或在底线kill.遇到上网或

many times. In one point, she said Li Na should've won the point 3 times (
she implies that there are 3 chances Li Na can approach the net in that
point) When Li Na had a good shot that pulled Venus out of position and had
to hit a loopy ball back in, Li Na should've closed the point at the net.
This is common sense, even 4.0+ club players can do it.

发帖数: 3845 | 22 我觉得我jump还是挺明显的，尤其是左脚,Open Stance 时jump没错，Netural Stance
时jump就不自然了。可能我对球的高度判断有问题，Backswing时，手相对于球的高度
太低，在向前挥拍时只能靠jump来弥补高度的差距（不然就会击出太Loopy的球）。其
实我应该在Backswing时尽量把拍头举起来，在向前挥拍时用Drop Racquet Head的方法
来调整拍头的相对高度。下次试试看。 |

In Europe, it refers to grip size:
L2 == 4 1/4 grip
L3 == 4 3/8 grip
L4 == 4 1/2 grip
L5 == 4 5/8 grip
Head also use it to refer to swing style rating (or power level). For
example, My MG Prestige MP is L6. The higher the number, it means more loopy
swing or lower power. |

really matters is consistency, technique and tactic. A guy who is overall
technically better should win most of the matches. If one can keep hitting
loopy balls to my backhand and I can't penalize it, then he is a better
player. Dropshot and short slice are great if I can make it, but to me it's
low percentage shot. I believe percentage wins. |

强了，豆子就显得慢了。

换的那个发球动作比较伤吧。如果真是这样，我倒宁愿他发球烂些，只要不受伤就好。
其实这个也很纠结，发球不好就要多跑动，膝盖又要受折磨。反正美网也拿了，无所谓

手底线的力量没我大。也属于pusher的类型。失误比我少很多。 虽然能打出一些

clay court season. She stated that she was frustrated by her post-AO
results and also by the fact that having her husband as her main coach
made it necessary for him to be with her all the time. She felt she
