really catches up.
this is the fundamental part but got ignored during last few years'
craziness (easy to get big loan, low rate or interest only, flip houses over
short time...)
for individuals who can only afford 1 house for self living, affordability
is #1. |

it as is when exposed or waterproofing it before covering with sheetrock
is the standard way to do. I don't the seller is obliged to disclose this
- otherwise there would be a very loooong list to disclose about a house.
If it's a 6-foot horizontal crack, that's a bit disconcerting... |

are not proper (t-shirt without collar, jeans) for work.
other than this, relax.
the fisrt days/weeks will be very boring since most likely you'll have no
real work to do, know nothing about business, know nobody, have to introduce
yourself over and over again... a loooong day to kill.
1) observe what others do for a few days, you'll know what to do/not to do;
2) as a new guy, come slightly earlier and leave slightly late |

have been americans'. 29 months OPT for STEM, sure, it's been there since

that? it's like making job hunting even worse for both americans and non-

Only few people in line. It's a good sign.
However, someone in the group insisted to continue down to check out
keystone. There were many cars in bound to A-basin from Keystone. A loooong
line was waiting at the keystone gondola. Felt like everyone was trying to
get on the 2012 ships. |

now look back Dustin's course management on the last par5 hole.
he(-4) was 3 back from Darren(-7), and 265 yards to the green. Darren laid
up already. Dustin chose to go for the green, the ball went right, OB. If he
choose to lay up, and try to putt for birdie. He would give some pressure
to Darren.
Dustin is a loooong hitter, but 265 to the green still gave him tough time.
if caddie reminds him "Believe it or not, putting is where games are won and
lost" //kaka, he might choose to lay up. |

rounds at the shooting range without any problem yet got one dud when i had
a perfect chance to get a

in a 1600 ppl tourney, and you had such a healthy stack after hitting lucky
river.
with your stack, you should be able to finish 6th or better for $1500. after
you went out, it took loooong 15 mins for the 10th guy.
lose patience in the end.

online a few weeks ago.
he's a big fan and has been playing for a loooong while but frankly, he
sucks. he lost like $2K online in the booming days at partypoker... then he
only plays live home games.
i told him if he treats poker seriously or semi-seriously, he has to play
online to improve his skills and plug leaks first... he gave me all kinds of
craps like in live, he can "read" ppl so well (a typical amatuer's myth) |

getting into this game on a regular basis. i checked the regular tables,
only a few who i have notes on (from previous play loooong time ago). so it
looks to me the rush player pool is not growing much at all.
maybe you can try regular 100NL for a change.
at more than 2% now. I have added a lot of squeezing to my game when it is
multiple people in the pot preflop.
than what I have at NL50. I would really like to increase it

internet poker boom but was never as big as this.
in live, 95% ppl could never make it big enough to be a job (not even close
to a good one) by investing little money and playing X tables at any time.
few ppl could afford that $10K buy-in to chase their dreams... sadly, it was
like this and would be like this without internet poker.
