网友讨论，但似乎没有很全面的信息，一般都是关于某个特定的保险公司或某个特定的
供货商，每个供应商所提供的奶泵品种也有限。下面是我自己总结的一些经验，希望能
对面对同样问题的同学有所帮助。
首先要提醒同学们都去找保险公司要免费的奶泵，因为这个是美国今年刚实施的
ObamaCare的一部分，应该所有的保险公司都会提供。
一般大伙儿首选的似乎都是 Medela Freestyle, 这个比较轻，而且有一个控制器存储
你的各项preference，用起来比较方便。但保险一般都不cover。如果你愿意自己加点
钱，有一些供应商会提供 Freestyle，但很难保证这个供应商是在你的保险的network
里面。如果供应商不在network里面，本来应该免费的奶泵变成了deductable 的一部分
。除非你那一年的deductable 已经用完，否则就很不划算。
一般保险公司免费提供的是 Medela Pump In Style Advanced Breastpump Starter

的。
然后说说我知道的一点信息。
据我观察周围下棋的孩子们，加入USCFhttp://www.uschess.org/是决定要正经学棋的第一步。我建议作为家长从这个网站了解一些基本知识，比如积分算法的大致逻辑和rated tournament的配对原则。
加入了USCF以后就可以有rating。参加rated比赛每盘棋的数据会进入USCF的数据库，
用他们最近的算法计算新的rating。每个孩子的rating都会上下浮动。你去USCF的网站
看Player & Rating lookup，会发现多数孩子的rating变动曲线是总体向上间隔浮动。
USCF的积分算法对最初的25盘有奖励分，25盘以后的积分算法略有不同，更接近棋手的
实战水平。去年更新的积分算法更大幅度地奖励低龄新手。前两年刚开始下棋的孩子们
初始积分比较普遍的在四五百分，去年换了算法以后初始积分更多的出现七八百甚至九
百。之前的算法出来的积分的指导意义是“你现在大概是这个水平”，现在的算法出来

后两位不同，就说明是联想refurbish过的。我自己用的也是ebay上买的refurbish的，
机器看着跟新的一样，就是后面贴了一块refurbished 的标，还有一块新的type号，盖
住了原来的号。 |
