坏的方面：
1）中国房地产泡沫？
2）CFO原来是Longtop的Audit Committee主席，未能发现Longtop欺诈行为
3）房子卖的太快，而后面的中国项目还没跟上（所以不可能持续20%地成长）
我认为风险不大，但价值很低估。不要说我是庄托，我尽可能客观地说。如果说我庄托
，也看看我推荐过的CRBC和ADY等。我看的有时会错，但重要的是价值和风险的总体比

p，它的CFO之前是人人的独董+审计委员会主席。目前看来是有个叫Citron的研究公司揭
露出Longtop(也是上市公司）财务作假。人人股票认购路演是4月上旬中旬，挂牌是5月
初，这个事情是4/26出来，所以明显是冲着人人来的。糟糕的是，这个CFO以前当过亿龙
（LONG）和SOHU的CFO，可以说跟纳斯达克上市的中型甚至大型中国互联网公司们有着千
丝万缕的联系。这就造成一个扩大了的信任危机，也是为什么今天主要中概互联网都这
么惨。
