内政部长德梅齐埃(Thomas de Maizière)周三在柏林表示，联邦政府以及各州代表将
在9月底召开专门会议讨论难民问题。目前，德国各州正要求联邦政府尽快就资金问题
达成决定。
在德国历史上，还从来没有过一年涌入80万难民的先例。此前，德国联邦移民局估计今
年的难民入境数量为45万。原先的最高纪录出现在前南斯拉夫内战期间，1992年一共有
44万难民涌入德国。
德梅齐埃透露，仅在今年7月，入境德国申请避难的难民数量就达8.3万。而8月至今，
入境难民数量也已经达到5万。其中，通过爱琴海、巴尔干半岛前往德国的难民数量急
剧上升。德梅齐埃指出，根据以往经验，下半年的入境难民数量通常会高于上半年。

until they get pulled. frustrating thing with garcia is that he can turn a
very winnable game into an embarrassing loss in a span of 10 pitches.
