，东墙上安一个门，或者把东墙延长半米，北墙上装个宽2米左右的推拉门，现在不知
道怎样弄方便好看。我可以请装修师傅来看看，他们能给设计和建议具体怎么做，并画
出效果图和具体施工图吗？还是得请专门的室内设计师先设计好了，再让师傅拿着图纸
做？另外这种情况下我是不是需要向city申请permit，那我雇的师傅是不是必须有
license?
另外我还一个concern就是，如果单纯的延长北墙，延长后的北墙正对着楼梯口，距离
楼梯口的距离可能就很窄，半米左右，是不是很危险或者很不方便行走
第一次装修，请大家多提宝贵意见

这个不开也不能算bedroom, 没有bath,充其量就是bonus room.对于value就不要考虑怎
么多了，就几千块钱的事情，改一下1，2千就搞定了，卖的时候觉得不好，在封上别。
我现在的也有个房间是bedroom 改成loft,还要把closet打掉，然后把closet里面的墙
开opening,也是debate了很久。 |

10th Street Lofts
112 10th Street, Des Moines, IA 50309
and the other is:
Park Place Apartments
615 Park Street, Des Moines, IA 50309
looks like both of them are close to bus lines. The rents are reasonable.
However, I am not sure about the safety of neighborhood, and the quality of
management.
Any one has ideas about them? Thanks a lot in advance! |
