在西岸的office。后来由于business原因我留在了东岸（完全一样的job
responsibilities），税也是按东岸这边交的，但是疏忽了一直没改h1b. 实在最近准
备回国过年，填面签材料的时候才发现实际工作地址和h1b 材料中地址不一样的问题。
请问大家，这种情况要如何补救？ 理论上我需要file lca 和 amended h1b。 但是
amended h1b应该是换地址前file, 而不是现在这样换了地址半年后才file，移民局会
因为file晚了而revoke 我的h1b 嘛？

But, I can access the folder and open the file from win 7 .

county是全美学区最好的county之一，好多village的high school都在全美前100名，
那些village的房子太贵，不考虑)，离火车站0.5mile，离小学中学1.1mile，附近比较
安静，没有highway，shopping mall之类的，再过去1个block，就是富人的豪宅区了，
每个house都是1millsion以上的房子，美中不足的可能是附近估计没有什么中国人，掉
到白人堆里感觉也不太好，大家觉得这个房子location可以吗 |

您的解释“看房子到底在哪里，lot有多大，边界在哪里等等，反正拿到手上就是一张
地图似的东西，”我想房子造完后不就都固定了位置，lot的大小，边界等，莫非还会
发生变化？是不是只有做这个survey，才能知道我到底买了多大地方？没有其他地方可以再查吗？

location。 LG 上班开车大概30分钟。 我take train上班。 从家开到火车站大慨2.
5miles 到5miles 不等（近的火车站大慨30分钟一班， 远一点的火车站在peak hours
大慨15分钟一趟）， 火车的时间要30-35分钟， 下火车以后要走10分钟才到公司。 这
样我估计要1个小时。
但有一点不好的是， 小学（3.2 Miles）， 初中（5.1 miles）， 高中（5.2 miles）
都离家比较远， 并且还是在我们俩上班的反方向上， 并且还都是local。 这样不管是
谁接送， 从家到小学单程估计要15分钟， 初高中要20分钟。 这样每天接送共4个来回
， 要60-80 分钟。
请问这样的房子可以买吗？ 以后接送怎么安排？ 我住东北部， 房子真不好买。 从去
年就开始看了。看房子花了无数多时间， 还经常为此事大吵架。 像个样的， 学区好
一点的都很贵。 |

Berryessa location全都是waitling list,就去了Strawberry park 那边然后等这边有
空再转过来。
有孩子上过这两个challenger school的爸爸妈妈给说说，这学校还有老师怎么样啊？
老大在别的preschool混了一年半，带去challenger kindergarten readiness test，
大受打击。 Challenger里面4岁的孩子都能阅读整段的简单故事，我家小妞估计26个字
母勉强能认明白，10以内的加减搬手指头能算出来。结果那里的老师是推荐上pre-k。
小妞8月就满5岁，估计她现在的水平在别的学校上kindergarten一点问题没有。就是
challenger academic 比较超前，所以我家小妞还够不上他们的kindergarten的标准吧
。 想来想去，实在不想把孩子hold off one year。
想听听版上有经验的爸爸妈妈们的意见。多谢了～ |
