5miles 到5miles 不等（近的火车站大慨30分钟一班， 远一点的火车站在peak hours
大慨15分钟一趟）， 火车的时间要30-35分钟， 下火车以后要走10分钟才到公司。 这
样我估计要1个小时。
但有一点不好的是， 小学（3.2 Miles）， 初中（5.1 miles）， 高中（5.2 miles）
都离家比较远， 并且还是在我们俩上班的反方向上， 并且还都是local。 这样不管是
谁接送， 从家到小学单程估计要15分钟， 初高中要20分钟。 这样每天接送共4个来回
， 要60-80 分钟。
请问这样的房子可以买吗？ 以后接送怎么安排？ 我住东北部， 房子真不好买。 从去
年就开始看了。看房子花了无数多时间， 还经常为此事大吵架。 像个样的， 学区好

给了印度，中国和亚洲国家来的高学历人士，同时也有大量的只受过很少教育的墨国移
民涌入。加州政府人口普查结果显示Santa Clara County在过去20年的人口的族裔组成
逐渐发生着变化，其主要的趋势就是亚裔和拉丁裔人口不断的增加而白人不断地减少。
相应的学校里学生成分也是如此。从1993-94年度到2010-11年度，Santa Clara County
的亚裔学生从18%增长到27%，拉丁裔学生从30%增长到39%， 而白人学生从40%降到24%

2.5 Moreland, Campbell Elementary, Campbell Union High
这三个学区中前两个是小学学区，后一个是相应的高中学区。在15年以前学生的
组成以白人为主，但白人的减少主要由拉丁裔补充， 近年来虽然有越来越多的
亚裔家庭搬到Campbell区域，但有很多是孩子长大后从好学区搬来的，因此这
个群体对学区并未带来影响。其中的Moreland学区过去一直还可以，但最近
两年突然拉丁裔猛涨而亚裔比例却开跌，其原因是Campbell区域有非常多的
非高档Apartment，因此这几个学区水平会有一段时间的下降。 |
