ADS和AWR最普遍，一般两者都有
我说的loadpull，是用vendor提供的loadpull文件来设计匹配电路而已，而不是像
Cardiff University那样真的有一套active load pull系统帮助设计。
DPD我没有参与过设计，不甚了解。但输出检测是要的，否则不知道信号被distort到何
种程度。 |

然。5W以下基本上是RFIC，大功率的是要用Discrete。但是设计方法上，Discrete是
RFIC设计的子集。有些新的理论很难移植到大功率上用。

请教不敢当，发表一下浅见，请大家指正。现在做管子的基本都要提供model，同时也
会有loadpull。而功放设计师就以此来设计（所以我想去学学modeling，可这需要工作
中学，单看书是远不够的）。基站用的功放因为效率的缘故，普遍使用Doherty结构，
一个Class AB和一个Class C配起来用。Class F以前因为带宽不够未曾普及。但近两年
Continuous Class J/F/F*理论出来后，小功率的如10W以下已经可以做octave
bandwidth，PAE可以保证在70%以上－－只是大功率的还未见有人做出来，与Doherty结
合的也没有做出来，我也只能仿真玩一玩，没有机会用到公司的产品上。至于
nonlinearity，现在DPD越来越成熟，再加上GaN会越来越便宜，配起来用线性就不成问
题了，恐怕前馈式的也要慢慢淡出。 |
