就算卫生局发了罚单，短期看是商家破财，但是早点规范化对整个中餐形象是有好处的

时候五分局那些鸟人经常上街乱开罚单乱捉人，很小的商贩车都被他们以阻街为借口驱
赶，还大冷天将他们赶到风很大交通情况很危险的路口然后躲在警车上怪笑。但由于前
任市长无条件维护警队，再加上很多小贩没有投票权，所以一直都没人为他们出头。这
些人都专针对胆小怕事的华裔商贩，对其他族裔的，就算是老印老墨之类同样没投票权
的，都能容许他们不讲卫生还推一个很大的车上街都不算阻街。是先有某些执法者的水
平有问题和歧视性作业才有需要为他们出头，LIU这样做没有错。 |

确实很好，尽心尽力，随叫随到，而且事先准备充分，发了10几个房子，她都能一一安
