原料：
超市买不带壳的clam一板(当然如果您很有钱不怕烦买带壳的自家剥去也行，味道应该
会好些但是我也吃不大出来)，我们这里中国人店有卖，3－4元。
这个找不到就买洋人超市里canned food区卖的那种clam，有些是含clam juice的，有
些不含，都可以。
Half-half奶：1/4 liter (这个具体份量我记不清了，反正就是那个矮房子)。
洋葱：半个
西芹：只要3－4片叶子
土豆：一个
面粉：2－3大勺 (大约1/4 cup－1/8 cup左右吧)
做法：
1。如果是买的clam（不是canned food），放clam在锅里，放少量水正好淹过clam，煮
熟。把clam捞出来。
如果是买的canned food，clam捞出来，把clam juice倒锅里煮开。
如果买的没有clam juice的clam，煮白水，煮开。
2。1里加half-half奶1/4 liter，煮开。
3。在1－2操作的时候，切洋葱、西芹、土豆，一律切成一节手指大小块状。clam整只
