analysis will suck the joy out of listening the music.
If you want to learn, go to the campus bookstore and buy the text and cd set
of your college's music 101 or 201 GE level intro classes for undergrads.
Those books usually have a very good collection of music that help you to
learn some basics about classical tradition and history.

feel it is a complete crap. At least that's what I thought a month
ago when I popped it into my CD player. Then I realized I haven't been
listening to glam rock/metal for a long, long time. The last such
album I heard was probably TD's eponymous debut, and that was 6 years
ago. By now no matter what metal album I listen to it probably will sound
like crap, and that explains well to my initial indifference toward

the US government.
If you are REALLY interested, you can go to their web site and listen to
some audio files (www.voa.gov). But being a former listener myself when I
was in China, I never want to listen to it again. Just imagine CNN in its

时,会让你必须选一个“定期送货”(scheduled delivery)的选项,即几个星期或几

他们网站自动再购买。

格了,blablabla……。反正偶每次都选的定期送货,也没去看过只买一次是什么价格。
反正过后就可以在账户里点个cancel, 把定期送货取消掉,很容易,谁知道几个

order。

严格地讲,古诗的意境在现代生活中已不存在了。亭台楼阁倒是可以看到,但只能观摩
,不能生活于其间。静美的田园风光也已不复存在。我们每日接触的都是键盘,屏幕和
八卦,我们的生活中雅致的古意从何而来?
一直佩服坚持写古诗词的朋友们,他们依旧守护着一种已悬空的传统。或者说这本来就
不是我们的传统,已被人为截断。从遣词造句到具体的生活场景,与百年前相比均已发
生了巨变。还有什么是相似的?就连字的写法都不一样了。但他们依旧能在文字间重构
出那种典雅的美。其精神令人动容。
某种程度上讲,我们都是没文化的人。书上说我们文明有五千年历史,我看一百年都不
到。我倒是看过不少古典作品。但总觉得这些作品与我没有文化上的血脉关系。其中的
场景和人物,与外国文学中的作品和人物一样,离我的生活太遥远。

After listening to de los Angeles' La Boheme, I was carried away by her Mimi and would like to explore her Butterfly.

用一些看似荒唐无理的语言,来促使读者用不同的眼光看世界。如果一首诗一读就全懂
,没有任何神秘性,不能促人思考,也不一定就好。诗要慢慢读,多读几遍,即使第一
遍没读懂,并不意味着这是首烂诗,真正好的诗,每读一遍,就会给人更多理解,更多
发现,意味无穷。

didn't read the book, but I listened to its CDs. It's read by Eckhart Tolle
himself, and the more I listen to it, the more I feel the pain leaving my
body. It is very healing. I recommend listening to it.
The topic of souls is not a new or decisive topic, instead, it's been
studied throughout all human history. Take your time to discover more about
it. Meanwhile, take good care of yourself.

貓和我的因緣
2000年, 我家老二新婚, 小夫妻買了兩隻喜馬拉亞種出生才14天的小貓. 一隻取名"
Bluey", 一隻"Joey". 姐妹倆, 可愛極了. 沒幾年, 老二的兩個孩子相繼出世. 夫妻倆
為了孩子們, 忙得不可開交. 沒時間去照顧兩隻貓. 長得滿滿的長毛沒人剪. 只見一團
毛, 不見貓. 我看她們太可憐了. 就領了回家. 我細心照顧它們. 她們都懂我說的. 和
我生活了六年. 現在快十五歲了. 按人壽來算, 7x15, 她們相當一百零五歲了. 我一直
