opening比applicant多。曾经你只要去参加boston的acs，必定能找到工作。
那都是叫曾经的东西。
因为美国的医疗保险占的钱太多了。结果人家政府也不是傻逼。他们列了一个单子，就
是那些药是billion级别的。
里面所有的大药厂都上了黑名单。排最前面的是pfizer，有个lipton的，要13billion
每年。我不知道iphone每年能卖多少个billion。然后这个药厂有5个billion，那个有7
个billion。
结果这些药，就变成fda卡壳的东西。说白了就是等保护过了，让generic 做，然后医
疗成本下来。 |

我觉得“这个证明正确吗？”这个基本问题有好几重含义：
1.Deolalikar的证明，经过一些小的修改，是否能证明P不等于NP？
2.Deolalikar的证明，经过一些重大修改，是否能证明P不等于NP？
3.Deolalikar的证明思路（探究随机k-SAT中的独立性特征）是否
有希望导致任何非平凡的计算复杂度分类方面的结果？
经过各方联合努力，现在对#1的答案（虽未完全确定）看来是“否”
（参见wiki文档），对#2目前最好的答案是“可能不成立,除非再引入
别的重大新思想。”但我觉得#3仍未完全解决，而且值得继续追究
（尽管不会再是前几天那种狂热的互联网速度）。

对博士后的态度，经费，等等吧，我觉得有以下几个比较牛，大家有谁在那里工作的啊？

不过到现在为止我都不知道所谓La Jolla确切的地理概念是指哪里，只是知道在
UCSD附近特别是海边的区域都叫UCSD，作为生物医学研究，特别是neuroscience，这里
当然齐聚了各路大牛，在Burnham，在Salk，在Scripps，这几个每年全美研究所排名从
未掉出前十的institute（另外还有在中部的 stowers和纽约的冷泉港，以及HHMI的
janelia farm）都有着诸多在某个领域里独当一面的重量级人物（就每个所说一个吧，
过一下8G瘾，Burnham做Alzheimer's的Stuart Lipton，前年在北京听过他讲，工作很
系统，特别是那个memantine的药是他们develop出来的，影响NMDA的机制也做得很好；
Salk 做adult neuroscience的教科书级人物Fred Gage，宋洪军和他美女夫人的博后老
板，最近到处给talk，我在南加州这不到3个月的时间已经听他讲过2次了；Scripps的
Bruce Beutler，以及那个NIBS的董mm的博后老板Yates），在La Jolla，还有随处可见

Labs is a 民科. He quickly withdrew his paper a couple of days after he put
it online. You know, I think Scott Aaroson, Lance Fortnow and Richard Lipton
, etc. all laughed at him.
These professors, whom I consider as the serious researchers in these area,
have received many submissions for solving N=NP? problem. The paper from

题，CS固然是会议最大，但是投会议只有两三个月的审稿时间，具体到这个问题投会议
是非常不严肃的，投顶级杂志是很恰当的做法。
