移民局又开闸了，于是大伙儿全来趟这浑水。不管是 140 还没填的，抑或是 pending
的，更不要说批了的了，尤其是七月二号没赶上车的，大家一齐冲向 485 高地。
485 填表战，又开始了！
有的同学过于紧张，简单的问题也不敢把握，向白老师 (xiaobaitu, 呢称 XBT, 又称
小白兔 JJ 或 小白兔 MM) 求助的贴子是满天飞呀！就象北京春天的柳絮。
老师和系主任咬过好几次耳朵，建议挂个咨询公司的牌子，向白老师问一个问题的收一
毛钱，＂在线等＂的算 Premium Service 多收五分。系主任胆子太小，今天老师还说
，我们动手罢！他却总说道Ｎｏ！——这是洋话，你们不懂的。否则早已发了。
所以老师抄起剪子和浆糊，助白老师和其他大侠一鼻之力。

问题请教一下:
(1) I-485的Part 2 Application Type, h项，究竟是填“Form I-140 currently
pending with Receipt# LINxxxx”，还是填“Form I-140 being filed concurrently
with this lication”？如果填第一种“Form I-140 currently pending with
Receipt# LINxxxx”，USCIS怎么知道我的I-140是EB1a，可以在pending时投485，而不
是NIW，需要排期？他们怎么能只从140的Receipt#就得出相应的信息，会不会引起

9/14收到第一个通知 提供了编号和RD （9/11），也说了这是PP的case，会在15天内有
结果。

不是也是直接邮寄到nsc，而不是i485instruction上说的纽约州应该寄到tsc（dallas

早就忘了这回事，经过我反复说明，终于想起来一点，说你等等，我去拿文件盖章，可
是更狗血的事竟然发生了，文件找不到了！她办公室找了没有，又跑到另一个房间找也
没有，电脑记录显示应该还在她手里，可就是怎么都找不到了！
呜呜，第二次的体检也马上要过期了，求BLESSING！
随便问一下大牛们，如果最后真的找不到了，该怎么办呢？？？

马上就485副申请两年了，主卡已批，interview就问了非常简单的常规问题，然后说
everything looks good，visa也已经reserved，但是面谈官在电脑里输入的时候系统
故障没法submit，就让回家等绿卡就行了， 然而几个小时后系统更新了显示为 “Your

. 所以昨天我先on line SR 去relink, 然后收到个这样的SR reply. 不知道是不是
说background check 没clear 呢？请大家帮忙解读。
