in an elective class the prof called the roster. he called the ID # rather
than names. funny thing was that he didn't the whole last four digits.
instead, he called the last three ones. when he called '017', he called like
'Lin2 Yi2 Ji1'. all couldn't but burst into laughes. the prof didn't under-
stand what was going on. then he thought Lin2 was missing the class and the
guy who answered his call was pretending as Lin2. |

那位美术老师是个妙人，每次上课都准时提早几分钟到教室，蹙眉斜睨我们这些课间
嬉戏的未成型的野兽们。他的不少话我现在还记得，其中包括：徐悲鸿成绩很差，林
风眠很好。林风眠家里（妈妈）开染坊，他的色彩感特别好。林母因与某人情谊暴露
，被乡闾打死，林青年时离开故闾后一生都未曾返乡。
讲这些故事的时候，这位老师既不惋惜也不忧愤，平铺直叙，和他讲中土和西人建筑
取材差异和民族性格差异时的腔调没有更大不同。但是总是脱不出那副“蹙眉斜睨”的
神气，哈哈。
这个老师的作业评分也很有趣，我们班是艺术特色班，班上一大半小朋友都是混少年
宫的（有点科班出身，其中也不乏有自己想法的）。对此，他打招呼：我不看你们画
出来的水平，每个人资质不同，我评分测量的是你们努力的程度。
于是我和同桌仿莫迪里阿尼的大作就这样吃瘪了。哈哈，wink wink

时光疾驰，它带走我的中学同学，师长；只有我留在原地，昔日师友的身影却越来越
清晰，我对林风眠的兴趣也复燃。

研究的问题。
2007年11月，美国威斯康星大学的俞君英和Thomson等在《科学》杂志发表
论文，报道他们的发现：表达四个基因（OCT4, SOX2, NANOG, 和 LIN28）可以
将人类非干细胞诱导为干细胞，其中三个基因（OCT4, SOX2和NANOG）是必需的，
而LIN2似乎能提高转化效率，但不一定必需。
饶毅认为，这项研究很重要，它成功地证明了用分子生物学手段制造人类
干细胞的可能，提供了具体分子，而且提示了如何摆脱对胚胎干细胞依赖的一种
方法。理论上，有助于研究干细胞形成和维持的机理。在应用方面，因为俞君英
等发现用来诱导的几个基因可以不需要c-myc基因，提示了一种也许有特色的方
