，都是先换三大美国的航空飞上海/北京，再买票去内地城市，反之亦然。 这次看重庆
到奥兰多的票，阿拉斯加航空直接5万英里出商务舱票（重庆-北京，北京-美国都是商
务舱，美国国内要靠身份竞争升舱），一票从头到底，要在北京过夜。虽然有250美刀
的费用，感觉还是很值啊。我计划走的期间重庆到上海/北京的航线的经济舱至少也得
800RMB，普遍还是1200RMB。
另外，还发现，走北京转比上海好。TPG说海航提供private limousine service，仔细
致电一问，他在北京还管酒店免费住宿（和南航一样）接送。
那这样的话，阿拉斯加里程换海航就是美国二线大城市（至少有阿拉斯加航空/Virgin
America）回国(尤其是二线城市，非北上广/香港)的不二选择了。关键是阿拉斯加里
程可以随便买，每年不设上限，经常有40%bonus；而且票量在出发前两个月左右相当充
足。这比等美国航空或者BA-Avios的那种可遇不可求的Saver Award票要容易不少。

其他时间也有电车大概10几分钟一班，但是最少要转车一次，甚至三次。

首先，TLC（Taxi and Limousine Commission)公布的投诉处理程序是这样的：１，乘
客投诉（在线或电话），２，TLC给乘客寄授权书，授权TLC调查案件。３，乘客签好字
后，连同相关证据一起寄回给TLC。４，TLC调查案件，同时安排听证会时间。５，双方
出席听证会，陈述经过，法官判决。
刚才给我电话的是负责起诉这个司机的律师，她说这个案子的情况是这样：TLC调查之
后，根据我的情况，一共对司机提出５项指控。同时，TLC的为了节约成本（当事人的
时间，开庭费用等），会尽量避免开庭。所以，TLC 在开庭之前，OFFER了司机一个
Bargain Deal.就是现在这个，罚＄３５０，放弃辩护，而TLC取消对他的其他４项指控
作为交换。
现在的情况是，我已经授权TLC settle 这个案子了。要是重新开的话，没有标准程序
走，我要自己打听去。
所以，我觉的该做的我都做了。以后也不会后悔没有和他较真。接下来的程序已经超出
