最早接触的车是老爹的永久28大钢圈。当时全家人都在上面。
后来老爹试图用28教滑车，教了半天后放弃。用老妈的20小圈才学会的骑车。
然后从小学六年级开始的骑车上学。整个中学都在骑，没想到整个大学还在骑LOL
后来就荒废成胖子了。
自从决定锻炼后，最先想到的就是骑车。某次garage sale多看了两眼某美国老头的ro
ad bike，居然问俺会不会骑车。LOL。咱中国人从小骑到大，可是自行车大国LOL
整了多个超市廉价山地车，从大胖子骑成有点耐力了，开始跑步。后来骑车成了跑步的
cross training。
跑步的新人标准是首马。这个版是不是century啊？我骑的不快，爬坡都是尽量power c
limb训练腿部和屁股肌肉，别的骑手超我时，刚学的词哈。
上周六骑了第一个solo century，在google map上计划的路线。有些路确实不友好，屁
股都碎了一地。给下次计划路线找点教训。~70mi lunch break了一下。

press (single arm with other other arm's assistance). it is good to develop
all round upper limb strength, you can do 1-5RM without a spotter, so very
easy to implement. also you can press weight > 1RM, do negatives, use other

arm assistance is better, it can similuate bench press better. the other

说起调弓，比如换string，换limb，加peep什么的，如果每次都要去pro shop也是不小
的开支。这里我还是推荐martin的弓，不需要bow press就可以自己调弓，非常方便。
就品牌来讲，martin，pse属于主流牌，虽然不算是top of the line，但性能，质量都
不错，价钱比较大众化，bear二流牌，用的人不多，不知道为啥，他家的弓速度都很慢
，反正我是没兴趣，parker三流杂牌，几乎没见谁用过。有空去archerytalk.com看看

choice for you. Just by design, Glock's handle ensures a better handling and
thus better performance than many other guns. Don't worry about limb wrist

其间limb裂了一次，不过还好人家$56给全换新的包括string.
Crossbow重点就重点吧，反正也不端着到处跑，就在树上等。我多次5-10yard射鹿，那
刺激，不是rifle hunting可以比的。
一般30 yard内射鹿要害很有把握，而且从5-30yard在scope里我只瞄一个点，不用考虑
箭的下落，现在的crossbow是很快的。当然了我的scope设在3X, 我觉得这足足足够了
，不需要更高的倍数，我以前曾经有个公鹿在破晓时分径直跑到我树下，我那时的4X
scope里，整个鹿占满了视野，整个scope内一片黄，导致我还要挪动挪动才能分辨哪里
是胸哪里是腹。
原配scope不给力，换了个很好的rifle scope, 有人说rifle scope不适合crossbow的
两次后座，在我这里没那事，只要是够档次的scope.
crossbow现在基本是个500块以上的就很好, 箭分20"和22"两种，22"的力量就更大一些

It never jam, and no matter what status you are (good or bad, strong or weak
), no matter you have a hard or soft limb, you can always count on it
Although it holds only 5 or 6 round, but, it is a backup weapon. It is used
when my shotgun got malfunction, so I think 5 or 6 round is ok.
Since I am using semi-auto shotgun as my primary weapons, I want my backup
weapon to be as reliable as possible. |

钻石厂家还不给我回音。不能等了，没弓没法谢箭呐，还是得去整一把。
到BASSPRO选弓。看了PSE，花里胡哨的，挺好看。小二说你看，上下都是双LIMB，还有
那么多的静音装置，活动的部件越多，越响。想一想，也是这个道理，放弃了PSE。
QUEST G5看着很结实，但要800+。我的巴结特还是600，这个超出太多，不考虑了。
REDHEAD BLACKOUT，小二说这个弓基本上就是DIAMOND OUTLAW的拷贝，并且就是
DIAMOND厂家帮做的。看了DIAMOND DEADEYE，小二说那个弓速度很快，但很挑剔，调试
废时间，而且对箭的要求很高，不然精度会很受影响。左看右看，觉得还是俺原来的
Fugitive合适。最后还是拿了一把Fugitive。

bow community这么不重视基本常识么？
刚才从靶场回来又去archery range修弓， 然后跟修弓的师傅Bob请教了很多
我想弄个便宜的弓玩玩， 他说先别着急买， 租些不同的（longbow, recurve,
compound)弓试验试验看自己更喜欢哪个。 我个人比较看好recurve, 简单轻便， 很实
用， 他说买recurve一定选自己能支付得起的最好的riser， limb随时都可以换，我觉
得很有道理.
弓属于一次性投资， 不像弹药那么费钱。 我想花个300~400买个便宜的recurve玩玩。
这个archery range就在我家附近， 太方便了。 |
