间的那个圆筒，主要是电线盒是跟trim联在一起的。
就是这种light fixture Halo H7icat (for new construction): https://www.
youtube.com/watch?v=QAe05U_WJus, 没有找到旧的咋换，按道理，应该不用再换架子
了呀。
中间的圆筒可以从分离（有三个小螺丝）出来，但是联圆筒的放电线的盒还固定在那个
架子上，拿不下来。否则就要上阁楼，把整个拆掉，很麻烦。
各位有什么好的建议？ 谢谢！ |

并且前门地上walk way也有太阳力灯了，房子四面还有wooden fence和gate lock全围
起来了。
房客是老师住两年了，交租准时，平时她要求特别多，我基本都为她做了，但今天她要
求我在房子的前后墙上装safety light( 我估计是motion sensor safety light)，她
说近期有人broke into her back yard(我99%肯定她讲假话，这区挺安全的)。我觉得
她的要求太过了，我不想给她装，正在想找到更好的理由拒绝她(她爱上发庭)不让她有
机会找我麻烦(如果她要搬走，我沒所谓)请各位帮我出出主意，谢谢了。 |

这个community叫18 park，只建好1年多，非常新，stainless电器，洗衣机和烘干机就
在apt里。
(可以check他们家的网站18park.com)
街边就是light rail (Marin Blvd)站，也靠近grove PATH站。或者坐轻轨到exchange
pl转PATH也很方便，15分钟左右到WTC。
楼下也有小超市，非常方便。
1b/1b lease到明年9月结束。价格是2475每月，包水。因为是lease transfer，
leasing office要check credit这些。
客厅和卧室一样大，所以两人合租也是可以的。
现在就available，因为一些变动所以急着要搬家，愿意转租时多付500。

开关有两根黑线，一根跟4个灯的黑线接在一起？另一根跟风扇上的黑线接在一起？
