晚上那个经理不在（下班了），小儿在，三大包，eucerin的大概7瓶，clorox的好像是

麦鹰前一阵给我发信提到过，说最近踢比赛和工作很忙，上站会少一点，我作为板斧，
协助版主工作，可以给大伙解释一下相关问题。
第一：
版规。版规的制定是众版务共同讨论的结果，版务中有各个队的球迷，比如版三是阿森
纳球迷，版四是皇马球迷。我看球多年，支持球队看风格而不看队伍。现阶段是巴萨球
迷。所以版规制定，考虑到了各个球队球迷的意见，是公正的。即使有不完美的地方，
也是我们全部版务共同的责任，不是版大一个人的责任。其实，版务们是哪个队的球迷
并不重要。爱球的人不可能没有自己支持的球队。重要的是，在为版友服务的时候，能
够做到公正。这点，球版四位版务都做得很好。
第二：
关于封人。版大封人没有偏向性。举例来说，saadi也是萨迷，据我所知被版大封过。
这点saadi童鞋可以亲自验证。版大封人也是按版规执行。Psalmist搜出的那个帖子，
的确是可以封禁。但是没有封禁，不代表版大就偏向性。这样吧，你可以google去搜一

今天凌晨2时20分左右，一名25岁男子在维多利亚公园路夹罗伦斯路附近，在一座柏文与商场之间过马路时，被路过汽车撞伤。

每次奶量下来了我就多pump。这样才保证了母乳喂养。所以pump对我讲是lifesaver. |

我也同意pump是lifesaver.我是高烧顺转c,开始身体很不好奶不够，听了医生的话不上奶粉
，小宝第一个星期就能吃2oz一顿了。宝宝缺水好几天，最后黄疸发了住院一天。小宝好可怜，当时在nicu,好几天都没有wet diapers.每天晚上饿得睡不着，都是我和lg轮流抱着过夜。问ped,还说it's normal. 直到黄疸彪上去了，才让加formula.如果重新来过，我宁愿宝宝开始吃点formula,他少受点罪，我也能休息恢复的好些。
而且我的产量也是通过pump才上来的。pump晚上特别有用，胸喂宝宝晚上吃得久，而且
吃不了多少就睡着了。一会儿就又饿啦。现在pump出来晚上让lg喂，好多了。自己休息
的好，奶量也能上去阿。
胸喂固然好，但也都是case by case得。 |

会不够多，我一直很想说，姐妹们尽量胸喂吧，胸喂很多问题都解决了。
从宝宝生下来就尽量胸喂的妈妈奶水大都是够的，开始就泵的妈妈往往因为泵奶器不如
宝宝吸得空而造成产奶减少，宝宝不够吃就加奶粉，加奶粉导致产奶进一步减少（供需
平衡）造成恶性循环。而且很多妈妈抱怨乳头疼，让宝宝过早吸奶瓶，造成宝宝不爱吃
胸喂，更加不会正确的吸吮方式，妈妈更疼，最后宝宝直接拒绝妈妈乳头。还有的妈妈
让婆婆来照顾，抱怨婆婆不让自己抱孩子，可是胸喂是最好的和宝宝建立亲子联系的机
会，如果妈妈坚持胸喂的话可以和宝宝单独相处，婆婆怎么能够剥夺喂奶的时间？
不少妈妈觉得胸喂很疼，确实有的妈妈乳头敏感宝宝有吸得太用力，可是胸喂绝对是苦
尽甘来。我刚生宝宝第一天晚上就被宝宝把乳头吸破流血，好了又破好了又破，过了几
天乳头大片结痂又造成堵奶和乳腺炎，不知是宝宝latch的问题还是自己... 阅读全帖 |

过了。
2）baby jogger foot muff，真真正正是崭新的，包装都没拆开过，一次都没用过。我
原价65块亚马逊买的，而且是米色的，非常漂亮，不是网图里面这个黑色的。

发帖数: 135 | 46 我也有两个宝宝，很小时就ST了，ST真是lifesaver。2岁宝宝比较难训，可以试试循序
渐进，先买个他喜欢的小床和你们睡一个屋，讲讲宝宝睡觉的故事，但是千万不要提是
因为有二宝才让他分开睡的。可以让他挑一个日子睡新床，一旦开始训了，要坚持，不
要反反复复。
每个cosleep的宝宝对于分开睡的接受度和适应度不同，做好他很难接受的准备，早点
开始训，总比二宝都出生了大家手忙脚乱的好。 |

哇塞，简直是lifesaver，娃肚子不痛了！晚上可以睡5、6个小时了。 |

发帖数: 1099 | 48 分享一些宝宝睡觉的经验，我的做法不一定正确。
因为老吐奶，肚子不舒服，我家女儿是从3周开始整天整晚抱在肚皮上睡滴，一放下就
醒……我负责白天，老公负责晚上。那段时间很崩溃。
再后来打包着睡sleeper睡了一段时间，她甚至能在sleeper上睡一整夜。sleeper真的
是lifesaver，我会告诉大家我52买的，用了几个月50二手卖掉吗……
4个月的时候我狠心train了一下，白天的nap基本是哄睡了放crib，晚上得抱2个小时睡
熟了再放。
然后从5个多月起，她就不让抱睡了，大人抱着还扭来扭去不肯睡。
总之带娃就是熬…… |
