所以不能批准我的申请
好象supervisor必须在NY有license才可以.

请问通过CPA考试后，关于license的问题。由于当时ACCOUNTING的CREDIT很少，所以咨
询会计专业的朋友，根据建议申请的 Maine state。现在发现Maine要两年经验才可以
license，而且关于experience的限制也比较多（我现在是做税法，非会计）。请问大
家知不知道其他哪些州要求的ACCOUNTING CREDIT少，并且1年能够拿到LICENSE的。谢

大家好，最近在准备H1B申请的事情，才发现头很大！真应该早早做调查，现在很抓狂啊
我去年博士毕业，就在一家小化学公司工作，职位是R&D chemist。现在申请H1B，才发
现基本工资只够申请level one! 把bonus加进去勉强够level 2. 上星期和上司商量一
下，极不情愿调工资啊， 怎么办啊？申请LCA只能用base salary啊， 能直接申请
level 1 吗？
还有， HR问我那个I-129表的选项，controlled technology export license
required 那项， 她也不清楚是什么。我公司就是苦逼的普通化学公司。在哪里可以查
到需不需要这个license啊？
麻烦各位帮帮忙回答啦。。。 |

license要4个月才能批下来。但是我拿到OPT以后90天以内必须找到一份工作，所以
intel问我能不能先找份别的工作比如volunteer之类的先干着，等export license批下
来了再过去上班。我记得我原来好像在网上看到过有人是先工作着，然后再边工作边等
export license的，但是我现在找不到原文了。不知道这样行不行，或者大家有什么好

一般流程是先发offer letter 再办export license。
至于你能不能没有export license就去上班，这个是ymmv的，要以你manager跟hr说的
话为准。 |

我自己的export license花了6个月时间，那是4年前的事情了，但是当时稀里糊涂，什么
都不明白，幸运的是批准了。 最近身边一个朋友有同样的问题（不同公司），并且申请
被拒，我就根公司管这方面事情的人聊了很长时间，相信我现在对这个东西又比较透彻的
了解了。
首先，美国政府要求某些领域的公司雇用持有某些特有国家护照的公民时要申请export
license，但是不硬性强求，也就是说，政府并没有一个特定的必须申请el的公司名单。
但是如果将来出现泄密或者其它对美国不利的事情并追查出是由某公司来自于特殊国家雇
员而且该雇员应该但是没有申请EL，美国政府就会找该公司的麻烦。所以是否为雇员申请
EL完全是公司自愿行为。
其次，申请了但是不一定会批准，而且美国政府保留不告 |

While you are a resident, you might not want to use your own license because your hospital malpractice insurance probably won't cover it.
So be careful using it even if you have one. |

licensed, you will be payed more, though you are doing the same job as your
peer residents do. nothing extra.
also if you are licensed, transferring from one program to another would be

一下，看看能否对我自己有借鉴。
一个欧洲人，从06年开始在美国做Clinical Research Fellow，现在Texas。他的住院
医生和专科培训都是在意大利做的，从来没有参加过USMLE考试或者任何美国的临床
Fellowship Program。现在的老板是业内牛人大佬，力挺他，把他当做心腹，从08年起
就开始让他跟着上台做手术，至于他是否有、或者有什么类型的Texas执照，我们都不
知道；而且我观察到我们科室的其他医生也不让他跟着上台，当有Joint Committee到
医院检查的时候也让他回避。
因为这多年做Research Fellow，文章倒是不少，加上老板处处力捧，才30几岁CV已经
很漂亮了，在圈子里面也有些人脉。前几天听说，老板推荐他到纽约州纽约市的一个医
学院（不是很大的），面试了2次后说给他一个Offer：副教授，另外给他申请一个州内
的Limited License。后者据说是纽约州的这个大学出面Support、通过律师申办。拿到

所以拿到license之后，不做药剂师也可以，只要每年在网上take 30-40小时CE的课程，再叫一定的fee就可以保持license了。

目前想驾驶飞机的类型只是
1 活塞发动机的螺旋桨飞机
2 滑翔机(带动力的或者无动力的)
3 super light plane
hang glider 这个好像是不要license的吧，如果自己改装，加上动力(小的2 stroke
engine)，法律许可吗？
直升机和喷气式turbo jet 啥的，目前不考虑，费用太贵，
1直升机太耗油，飞得很近,而且慢，对气候变化很敏感，太脆弱了。
2 turbo jet 不论是租，还是购买，都太贵了，完全是millionare 的游戏了 |

结果这个小伙可能因为我催他了，不爽，直接把我的po给取消了，说他问了一圈，公司

员工电脑上有这个软件。
我告诉他这样我只能去另一个员工电脑上work，很不方便，他问我，“can't you work
with that？” 把我给气得，我作为phd研发人员，要去别人电脑上work？
我自己老板也不愿出头。
今天早上走廊看到ceo，打了个招呼，我直接进入主题，把事情说了一遍，当然略过了
老板不替我出头，着重讲白人小伙buyer拒绝我请求，说公司削减开支，要我去跟人
share电脑，然后把软件的重要性吹了一遍。
ceo直接让我给白人buyer发email，cc他，他亲自批准。
入职8年了，没想跟人争执，只是实在看不惯白人小伙公报私仇。 |

去dmv，说未能投递，系统显示已经销毁，于是他们重新给我办了一张。
结果当天下午，发现收到license了，然后大概又过了一个月，
就是今天，又收到一张，请问这种情况应该怎么办？
要销毁一张么？ 还是交给dmv？

I94，H1B的document(2012年到期）。DMV 的人说系统显示我的H1B已经过期，因为去年
用了AP。可是问题在新I94上的MARK上显示until Jun 27 2011,所以她说那也过期了。
她尝试各种方法，都不能顺利输入我的信息。有谁也遇到过类似的情况吗？是怎么解决

儿的。警察pull you over, 只要你牌照的sticker没过期，车有保险，警察对于你用哪

州的，在过去的半年里cops pulled me over 3 times，每次把驾照和保险给警察，警
察都没因为这事儿给我ticket.。有一次警察问how come ur license plate is from

back in may, if i get my plate changed, i have to renew my plate again,

的原来的老地址。如果吃了罚单，罚单会寄望registration地址还是driver license地
址？
