要是能stop working after expiration就行了。

应该是。但是不能碰任何 V3 的东西。
应该不需要吧，看样子这些人是开发 R 的公司。如果是他们有全部的版权
的话，他们可以用 dual License. 或者把商业版本的一部分 GPL 出来。
其他部分继续保留商业 License。问题在于，如果有人根据 GPL 那部分
贡献了改动，那些改动是 GPL 的话，商业版不能用。除非贡献的人放弃
掉纯 GPL 的权利，这样商业部分还是可以用。 cygwin 就是类似的 License.
如果你给 cygwin 贡献代码的话，其中一个条件是你要放弃纯 GPL 的版权，
可以让 cygwin 的商业用。很多 dual License 的公司都是这么干的。
GPL 是为了不让其他公司保持秘密代码，不是强迫自己代码交出去。 |

发帖数: 59 | 9 楼上说的对，我说的是针对Georgia的要求，我也是在GA拿到的license。成绩单在
申请license时的确是要全部重寄一次。猜想原因是在GA申请考试的时候只要120学分，而申
请license的时候要150;并且对accounting/business课程的要求也不同（印象中好像是24+50?)。
至于工作经验， GA的工作要求是2年public, 或5年private. 如果是public,申请表里
只需要你所在的firm verify & notarize你填的信息, 2年超过4000hrs就可以（chargable & non-
chargable)。
Btw,我考完试到拿到license中间大概有1年多，从来没收到board寄来的任何package。全套申请表都可以在board网站下载到。 |

or NJ if you only hold a Delaware license. otherwise many people will get
licenses in DE and work in other states. i don't think it works that way.
each jurisdiction has their own rule.
you can tell people that you are a CPA but when comes to work especially
auditing that requires a CPA's signature, you better clarify that you only
license in DE. |

LEVEL 在那里呢呀，还有，其他CPA也不好教你，都是CPA,谁教谁呀。相反，你没有
LICENSE,找到工作后，那里的CPA就要带你一段时间。等你有了经验，能力，再拿到

说基本上不可以， 但可以写信给什么license coordinator由他们决定。 但我觉得不
太可行。。
除非我找个cpa firm 去part time。。。可是h1b 或opt能有两个employer吗。。。
其实我现在的工作也用不上cpa license， 听说有了license要交钱renew还要上课。。。
我也不清楚我到底该什么时候申license比较好， 纠结住了 。。。

我报的CA的考试，可是现在只在Virginia找到了相关实习（而且以后很可能要回国工作
呢）。我是很想尽快拿到license了。
我自己查了CA的一些规定，也听我老板讲了一下他自己的经历，发现在其他州工作貌似
也有办法可以拿到license，不过其中还要有很多道手续要办。

是Illinois 州2012 年 4 月以前考过 CPA 的可以申请 TWO TIER 的 CPA 证书，一种

feel so much relieved finally to see my license status is "Licensed/
relicensed". It took more than one year to get it done.
Texas requires IMGs have 3 years residnecy training before they can apply
for Texas medical licenses. For CMGs it's more difficult than other IMGs
like those from India, Parkistan, etc. Here I'd like to tell what I know
about the process to help other folks avoid mistakes I made.

my license by using ITIN. My license will expire very soon. I cannot renew
it because I have no SSN. I just wonder what if I cannot renew the license
before the expiring date. My husband has filed GC and EAD application and
hopefully we can get the EAD in half an year (but hard to tell the exact
time). If I get the EAD in half an year, can I still renew my license (

you do not want to be your own GC, the GC must have a license. Also, all
contractors must obtain a Cupertino business license in order to pass
inspection. Business license is something like a couple hundred dollars a
year which if the contractors don't already possess, will be charged back to

something like "driving legally in some state"
most states do recognize chinese driver license. but keep in mind that you
may receive a ticket even you are in such states. Usually patrols on road
have their own judgement and understanding to the in-the-state traffic law.

？如果直接说还没EAD卡，需要等，就怕offer不给了。面试都面完了，希望应该挺大，

2. 到底export control license和OPT能否并行申请的？比如我现在提交OPT申请，同

做export license。 问题是，我旧的H1B一个月后就要失效了（export license要60-
90天才下来），到时候，即使有了新的h1B,但是没有export license还是不能工作，这
种情况下我能用我的新H1B合法呆在美国么（我记得H1B没有payroll就无效）？有哪位
大侠有类似经历么？有什么walk around 么？

不知道为什么律师一面说这个不难办，一面拖着不叫EVIDENCE，我都把我的LICENSE寄

了一个QUALCOMM的OFFER，决定去，但QUALCOMM要办EXPORT LICENSE，HR说至少要等七
八十天才能拿到,很有可能把我OPT的90天允许失业期限全部用完。Q家HR又说如果OPT的
90天要是真的用完了,QUALCOMM就会让我去上班，但我上班啥都不能干，包括不能登录
任何公司的电脑。
我在想是不是先把手头另一个OFFER答应了去上一会儿班同时等Q的EXPORT LICENSE，但
又觉得这很伤RP，也怕签了协议会有很严重的法律后果。。。
Q家的SIGNING BONUS还挺多，能顶在另一家做3个月的工资了；另外等Q的EXPORT
LICENSE期间还能回国看看父母，以后估计没机会了
