问题请教一下:
(1) I-485的Part 2 Application Type, h项，究竟是填“Form I-140 currently
pending with Receipt# LINxxxx”，还是填“Form I-140 being filed concurrently
with this lication”？如果填第一种“Form I-140 currently pending with
Receipt# LINxxxx”，USCIS怎么知道我的I-140是EB1a，可以在pending时投485，而不
是NIW，需要排期？他们怎么能只从140的Receipt#就得出相应的信息，会不会引起
confusion？如果填第二种“Form I-140 being filed concurrently with this
lication”，我的140已经filed了，怎么能是I-140 being filed concurrently？

BTW, for your information, when he said that, my advisor had 10+ journal pub

系不是很大,唯一的优势可能是有2个工业界internship的经历, publication数量还行,
其他那些skill反正就是一些仪器操作,大家都会的. 哪些能写到summary 部分呢? 我总
觉得summary和cover letter有重复,是不是写了cover letter, summary就可以省了?
