据来源是世行。中国年均GDP增幅是5.22%，在这104年个国家里排到44位，算是中上。
作为对比，同期世界各国GDP增幅平均为4.96%。
也就是说，在中国仍然搞计划经济的这18年里，在中国拿出大量人力物力财力开发大杀
器的时候，在中国大搞阶级斗争文化革命的这个年代里，中国经济增长速度依然是高于
世界大多数国家的。如果这样的经济也能被形容为“陷入经济崩溃边缘”，那岂不是全
世界大多数国家都已经掉悬崖里摔死几遍了？
再来看第二组数据，同样是世界银行的数据。选了1980-2008这28年。中国GDP年均增速
高达9.91%，是世界同期平均增速的近三倍，在全球所有国家里遥遥领先。所以说，改
革开放也不是说一片黑暗，光看这个数据就很喜人嘛，至少优于1961-1978年期间的表
现。所以说，批判改革开放的时候，也要承认改革开放的确是有成绩的。当然现在的突

要看民主与法制的总体趋势，
把所有国家的democracy index和corruption index
做个相关性统计不就行了。
从两个列表中取国家地区的共同部分，共163个。
算出来的相关系数是0.7，高度相关。

霍英东家族争产案日前在香港庭审，香港豪门风波再度成为城中话题。长年浏览香港澳门报章，隔三差五就会看到诸多豪门祸起萧墙，家族成员之间八卦“丑闻”跃然纸上。贯穿其中的无疑是对巨额资产的争夺。
一、“赌王”分家大戏态度反复
告又不告真真假假扑朔迷离
“赌王”何鸿燊家族争产案犹如大片。这场大戏缘起于2010年12月10日，何鸿燊将持有的澳门博彩业龙头企业——澳门博彩控股有限公司(简称澳博)7.03%股份(价值47.96亿)转给四太太梁安琪。18日，何鸿燊正式委任三太陈婉珍及其女儿何超云为渔人码头董事。28日，何鸿燊将持有的 10%澳博B类股份转给梁安琪。赌王那时已把信德、澳博、渔人码头分给除长房黎婉华外的其他三房。不过澳娱当时则尚未分配。
赌王原本希望澳娱资产能让四房家人人人有份。按照这样的方案：长房黎婉华(三女、一儿，注：儿已故)可分四分之一澳娱股权、二房蓝琼璎(一子四女)可获四分之一澳娱股权及信德、三房陈婉珍(一子二女)可得四分之一澳娱股权及渔人码头、四房梁安琪(三子二女)可分四分之一澳娱股权及澳博。

2011年4月底，应国内的一位商人邀请，笔者曾去过一趟西非的利比里亚，此行2个月令笔者终身难忘。
利比里亚共和国（英语：Republic of Liberia），是处于非洲的西部的一个国家，，该国北接几内亚，西北接塞拉利昂，东邻科特迪瓦，西南濒大西洋，最早移居这个国家的黑人来自于非洲的中部，19世纪起，独立后的美国掀起了“废奴运动”，解放黑奴还其自由，一些美国黑奴被有计划地移送回现在这被称作利比里亚的地区，因此，利比里亚的国名在英文中也含有“自由”（liberty）和“解放”（liberated）的意思，这也是非洲的第一个黑人共和国。
利比里亚是一个农业国，是联合国公布的世界最不发达的国家之一，农业人口占总人口的72%，全国可耕地380万公顷，目前已开发的不足13%，粮食不能自给，天然橡胶、木材和铁矿砂的生产为其国民经济的主要支柱，均供出口，是利外汇收入的主要来源，工业不发达，... 阅读全帖 |

据法新社消息，利比里亚首都蒙罗维亚一处埃博拉患者隔离设施于8月17日遭到武装人员的袭击，导致至少20名埃博拉患者逃离。
据目击者称，这些埃博拉患者当时正在接受治疗。“他们破门而入，并洗劫了这里。病人们都逃走了。”而这一袭击事件也得到了当地居民以及利比亚卫生工作者协会（Health Workers Association of Liberia）负责人威廉姆斯（George Williams）的证实。威廉姆斯还表示，此前在该隔离设施内经过初步检查并确诊的埃博拉患者中已有9人死亡。
此前，利比亚的卫生工作者得到了三个剂量的实验性药物ZMapp，并有三名医生开始接受此药的治疗。

发帖数: 42149 | 48 4月5日，美国海岸警卫队一艘军舰在阿拉斯加海域向去年日本地震海啸后漂流至此的“鬼船”开炮，试图将其击沉，以免这艘船对其他经过船只的安全造成威胁。
一艘巨大的“鬼船”近日漂流到西非利比里亚（Liberia），上面既没有船员，也没有救生艇，诡异的是，它最后记录的位置是在塞内加尔（Senegal），距现在停留的罗伯茨港（Robertsport）有1000公里之远。
究竟在这段期间，船上发生了么事、船员又到哪里去了，仍然不得而知。
这艘长60米的“Tamaya 1”是于巴拿马注册的邮轮，3日时突然出现在利比里亚的罗伯茨港。
当地居民登上船后赫然发现，里面竟没有半个船员，救生艇也都不翼而飞，“鬼船”传言不胫而走，有人认为船员遇上海盗，也有人猜测是船员不满没有工资而“跳船”。
奇怪的是，这么大一艘油轮被冲上岸之前，当地政府竟然毫不知情，并在“Tamaya 1”上岸后2天，才发现这艘船并展开调查。
据报道，油轮最后登记位置是4月22日于塞内加尔达喀尔（Dakar）南部，距离利比里亚罗伯茨港足足有1000公里远，究竟是什么原因让这艘巨轮成为“鬼船”，并漂流至此，仍是许多人议论纷纷的谜团。 |

随手找了一个世行的数据，是1960-1976年的。你也可以找出联合国的数据，用1950年
的数据替代1960年，结果一定是一样的，那就是中国人口增长人数最多。
