车还是挺贵的，24.95+每天的租车公司liability费）我看了下我家的保险里面好像没
说保租车的liability。只有一个叫rental reimbursement coverage，这个不知道是干
嘛用的，好像不是包租车liability的意思。 |

卡管liability.去租车公司,除了你跟他们要,一般都没让你买liability(但是这个保险
是required的),估计都是假设你自己有.所以你说的28不包括liability.
至于信用卡是primary还是secondary,这个你要看自己的卡.信用卡提供保险的意思是说
,不管哪家租车公司,只要你用某张信用卡了(比如Chase UA),那么那个信用卡公司就会
管你租的车.因为你自己没有保险,所以除非信用卡是primary,你只能买租车公司的了(
就是你说的11或者29一天的).或者你能在网上找一些,不过你就租一天,太麻烦了.
至于你说的价格,因为你自己没有保险,所以保险的价格比租车价格贵是很正常的.他们
就靠这个赚钱. |

发帖数: 886 | 3 我觉得你在这里问的车险是两部分，一个是liability 出事之后赔付对方的钱，还有一
个是cdw 就是赔付自己租的车的钱。开车的时候要求必须有liability 不然是违法。没
有cdw是可以的，就是出事自己赔租车公司的损失。
你自己没有车险的话，要从租车公司买liability保险。信用卡会提供免费的secondery
的cdw
如果你自己有保险，区别是半保还是全保，就是你自己的保险有没有cdw，cdw cover的
价值多少，一般不超过你自己的车。全保的话建议买20刀的amex的保险，出事的时候不
需要你的保险出钱，不会影响保费。半保的话用信用卡自带的免费的就足够了。
自己车保险的liability一般都可以cover租的车。但是cdw不一定 需要你去问下自己的

买租车公司的保险，然后用自己的车的保险（liability）+一些信用卡公司的
secondary 保险（collision）。（一般都用chase蓝宝石或者AMEX白金信用卡）
但是这次问了下我自己车的保险公司（AAA），他们说不cover北美以外的地方租车的
liability保险。所以说，如果去欧洲的话，虽然我的chase蓝宝石或者AMEX白金可以
cover掉collision保险，但是liability保险还是得自己买。
我看了下法国租车公司的保险很贵，所以想过来请教一下，这个怎么弄啊？有没有什么
信用卡是也可以cover掉liability保险的？或者有没有什么前辈以前在法国租过车，保
险都是怎么解决的呢？版上有经验的大牛能帮忙说说吗？

先说方向。
看涨
long call，time value在MM手上，你没有liability，了不起这个call归0
short put，time value在你手上，你有liability，了不起你被强制买入stock。
看跌
long put，time value在MM手上，你没有liability，最坏put归0
short call，time value在你手上，你有liability，了不起你手上的stock被call走
具体的ITM，OTM这里就不讲了。
讲讲2个最好的例子。
1.你看涨，股票也涨了，你方向对了，可惜你的call还是跌了。为什么呢？
因为你是long call，long的过程中，time value一直再跌，如果price不动，or涨的慢
，你还是亏钱，唯一赚钱机会就是price涨的块。

The easiest way is to go up the Jewell Trail, from the Base Station, to the
Gulfside Trail to Jefferson [rt: 11.0 miles, 4,150 feet, 7:35]. It is
nowhere very steep or rough, but is exposed to the weather for a long time.

方的车无论责任如何都是找对方自己的保险公司赔付。换句话说，“Property Damage

现在德州的保险还包括

可以直接找保险公司（买汽车保险的agent往往也卖这个。我喜欢买term不是带投资性

个具体的数目，象５０万，１００万等等；有的是说相当于５年的工资，１０年的工资

因为如果用了自己的保险，就会有记录，以后就会涨价
用信用卡的保险，就不会影响自己的保险纪录
当然了，说这句话的前提是你没有撞其他人和车，就是撞树撞墙把租来的车撞坏了，所
以只需要考虑赔租车公司的车的问题。

如果你没有买租车公司的liability，你的错撞了别人必然牵涉到自己保险的liability
，怎么都逃不掉的
所以你这次去买租车公司的collision damage waiver实在是比较不明智：既浪费了信
用卡白送的好处，又没有免掉自己保险涨价的下场
如果你不买collision damage waiver，而去买了租车公司liability的保险（一般这个
是primary的），这样你用租来的车去撞了别人的车，信用卡赔租的车，租车公司
liability的保险赔别人的车，自己的保险根本都不用去动 |

你单独收费的liability比如在hertz，叫Liability Insurance Supplement
有个supplement的字眼对吧？
就是因为租车公司免费提供的liability都是各个州法律规定的minimum,
有些州可能就是0，有的州很低，真出事了，很有可能会超过。
所以最好买这个supplement，就是保这个超过的部分。
如果没超过那个minimum，当然不用你付。
真像你说的，租车公司应该强烈建议你不买这个liability supplement，
这样一旦出事儿，他们能多赚多少啊，比收你那点保险费划算多了。LOL |

Statutory minimum liability coverage比如说是25/50/20。想省钱的完全可以不买
Supplement Liability保险，但真的出了大事，比如对方司机受伤了，这点保额就不够
了。这个Rental car liability coverage和你自己的汽车保
险是一个道理。你自己的汽车保险也是可以买最低的，25/50/20，很多学生其实买的就
是最低的保险。

Pharmacist dispensed otic solution. Patient had a ruptured eardrum during
the course of treatment.
Administered the solution and suffered hearing loss and brain injury. Sued
under Strict Liability
arguing the pharmacist provided inadequate warning by not telling him to

。后来时不时想想，貌似明白了。大家看看我理解得对不对。
Asset - Liability = Capital
我一开始说银行“自己的钱“其实就是指Capital，也就是把银行想象成了一个普通的
股份公司，股东们入股，于是有了Capital，比如100块。银行可以借钱，比如借来500
块，于是有了500块的liability，同时Asset增加了500块，变成600块。
这么想也许没有太大的错误，但接下来我错误地以为银行买bond或其他东西，用的只是
“自己的”那100块Capital，“别人的”那500块不能动（看来我的思想太小农意识了
），如果真那样的话，当然不存在还不出钱的问题。但就那100块，银行能做多少生意
？同时又何必借那500块呢？
所以事实是，其实整个600块Asset都可以拿去用买东西。这时候就出现了要是买来的东
西亏掉了，还能不能还得起500块的问题，于是就要算Capital。本质上就是要求在最坏
的情况下（确切地说是几乎最坏的情况，99.几个9%的概率下），Asset减去亏掉的钱还
