倒了一点点在Lexi喜欢的玩具上，她居然不赏脸的掉头就走。
猫奴想可能塞点在玩具的肚子里比较好。
所以就把玩具小熊开膛破肚，塞了一撮进去。
可惜小妮子还是不喜欢。
难道是猫薄荷的味道不好闻吗？
猫奴自己拿起一撮闻了闻，还行啊~
又对着一整袋闻了闻，挺好闻的呀，像茶叶的味道。
最后的画面是，猫奴一直在闻catnip，小妮子玩纸袋。

真正交给律师做案子，不可能只花10分钟给你找资料
fully prepared，所引用的authority绝对比这个多
而且到了jury 那里，基本上不是律师能凭借文字游戏玩转的了
只要不和authority明显冲突，如果jury觉得他们的照片不希望被这样引用，就可能
charge你liability
一杯热咖啡烫了老太太，jury判赔几百万
根本没的说的
要是有人敢乱用我的照片

game theory); other resources include Lexis/Nexis, PriMark, and Dow Jones News
Retrival (can only go back two yeras).
One related literature is on central bank decision making (on monetary policy).
Europeans are ahead in this area (von Hagen, Fratianni).
Battacharia (I may have got the spelling wrong. He's an Indian from India),
David Besanko (now in Michigan) are two good starting points two. |

，很多小的司法解释没有，这种情况下恐怕只能自己翻了。。。
对了，Lexis中国版（忘了准确的名字了。。。）里也有一部分。
像这种小的法规，尤其是地方规章，恐怕得自己翻还是。 |

偶2个多月前生的小孩，7月末复查的时候，在护士的建议下做了IUD（Y型节育环，后来
知道国内都是生完6个月才做)，之后每天都偶尔有刺痛的感觉，上周去复诊，做了B超
，同个护士和医生像取出来，结果失败了，再做B超，发现IUD已经在子宫里找不到了，
然后又做了x-ray,发现还在肚子里，所以估计肯能是跑到子宫外边，我也不确信是做
IUD的时候搞的，还是复查的时候搞的。最后给告之要做手术拿出，因为在腹腔里，可
能会感染。。。
请问xdjm这个可不可以请律师告医院，虽然做IUD的时候，也签了名字（有risk).但是
护士也不能因为签名了，就这么大意，护士还说这种事的概率是1/1000. 做手术后还要
休息1个月，耽误工作，精神和生理上都受到了伤害。所以我想找律师咨询一下，觉得
做IUD的时候，太马虎了，而且建议的太早（才生完2个月），做完IUD后，也没有 |
