the LessTif project now that the sources of Motifare
available. Usage of the OpenGroup#039;s implementation does neither
match the OpenSource definition nor any more general definition of
'free' usage, it's in fact rather limited.
In this situation there's still need for LessTif at least to have a
LGPL'ed version around which can be used on the vast majority of

following error message:
checking for a Motif >= 1002 compatible API... no
configure: error: M*tif has not been found
So I installed the lesstif on my local computer and ran the test. The end of
test result is like this:
98 failed out of 584
< means recently pooched
> means recently fixed
I do not know if that means that lesstif installation is OK. If it is
not, then how to improve it?
