便宜多少。又不怎么纠正指法，还不如学private lesson。当然有人觉得group lesson
比较有趣，我本人觉得划不来。

以前跟大家讲过，因为加州经济不好，学区请家长捐钱来补贴教育。今年的筹款
deadline是本月底，如果筹不到足够的钱的话，学区就会再减掉四个老师。刚才听到一

that we did not give money to the public schools". 好像这些亚裔就是要占别人

PTC(Pedal The Cause) 为抗癌筹款组织的训练骑行。眼看距离正式大赛还有一个月的
光景，这次训练不能错过。 我原本要挑战50迈的，但两天前骑车爬陡坡，不慎将腰部
肌肉拉伤。于是昨晚临时决定改骑30迈， 2000英尺的爬升。要知道，这以前，我最远
的骑行也不过就是30迈，而且那是边骑边玩，一马平川的柏油路。
200多号人一大早上集合。看到大家从头到脚，全副武装，个个都像是身经百战的练家
子。心里不免有点怵。我装作心不在焉的在一行行的车架子前来回踱步审视，发现就我
一辆山地车。心里的小鼓不免敲的更紧起来。
50迈比30迈的先行半小时出发。等50迈的大牛们走光，我环视四周。居然被我发现三两
个穿着打扮，举手投足貌似凡人的骑手。心里暗自庆幸，只要有垫底的就行。上前搭讪
，才得知人家Century (世纪行，100迈）都骑过n回了。我那毫无缘由稍稍燃烧的自信
小火焰霎那间就被浇灭了。（最近迎接了冰桶挑战的同学们应该可以体会到我那瞬间的
心情）。

因为是东北银，如果有儿子，我直接就送他学冰球了。因为是女儿，我没那么积极开发
她的冰雪运动。比起身边大多数家长，我们是懒散散养型的。看到他们忙碌的身影，我
们有时都觉得愧疚。
本来没计划让她学滑冰，问了她说不喜欢，不喜欢就算了。后来知道是因为见过她的好
朋友在冰场摔跤，她很害怕。为了锻炼她的身体，更主要的是学习战胜恐惧，我才决定
一定要让她学。这时候，她的几个小朋友已经学了几周到几个月了，暂时找不到小伙伴
还想学。我就带她滑了两次，她不怕摔跤了，也来了兴趣。然后给她报了group lesson
，因为她拒绝private lesson. group lesson之后的两个小时，是我上场教她，但还是
以玩为主。这样几堂之后，她喜欢上教她的那个女老师，今天我趁机说，咱们单独跟她
学吧，她说必须是这个老师。今天，刚刚把这个老师的名片要来。如果顺利的话，从下
周末开始，先是group lesson，然后是private lesson，然后是我陪她练习。等她完全
能自己滑了，她肯定甩了我，去找冰场上的小伙伴们玩。那时我才解脱了。唉，说的我

lessons in driving range. Ask them if they provide group lesson, much
cheaper than 1-on-1, besides, you don't need 1-on-1 lesson at this stage.
Group lesson maybe 50-100 for 3-4 sessions
Individual lesson maybe 60-120 per hour
2.That club is pretty old. you can buy some newer models. keep looking. BTW:
if you are male, buy a club with steel shaft.

发帖数: 1435 | 11 大家帮我看下吧，多谢多谢。4月7号到10号在科州，现在看预报小雪时有，大雪不定，
spring skiing我也没意见，好好利用这个时间就行了。我一个人去，不打算租车，住
还没定，雪场下面或者shuttle到的镇子吧。
自己考虑的两个方案：
1. Winter Park, 7-9号滑3天，全天group lesson (加ticket 3天才360，包午饭，太
便宜了)，lesson里适合我的是bumps&steep，但是不知道到时会不会有合适的组员，不
过有人一起，总比自己滑有意思些。不知道普通group lesson教学的成分有多少。顾虑
是3天都在一个地，万一condition不好就衰了，另外还想滑些steep，winter park的山
顶上那块都是有树的么？
10号打算做amtrak到SLC，和小伙伴汇合，路上观赏风景
pro: lesson package给力，mogul和steep是目前学习重点，交通方便
con: 万一condition不好一下3天会不会很无聊？虽然我没一定要去vail，但其他大雪

下大方向。他的水平很高，但是技术很老：东方式正手平击，反手单手削球居多。所以

什么安排, 她说一般她会把这么大的小朋友keep 在group lesson for couple of
years, 也就是意味着Andy还得keyboard学一年,我就觉得不爽了. 她提了句Private
lesson得看她shedule安排得了不.
所以我才想怎么着也得private lesson了, 怎么着也得在钢琴上学了,
现在看来, 昨天面试的新老师和现在的老师也差不多. 回来后又打听另外两个钢琴老师
,居然小朋友刚开始学都是digital piano.难道我们这里有约定俗成?

那个进度了。
我们以前一直在美国人的group lesson混了快两年， 回国前也就能自己比较吃力的自
由泳游个20米， 在国内上了两个session的private lesson， 现在据说能游250米了。
回来后我们就不准备继续去老美的group lesson混了， 准备去上王小红的一周一次的
group lesson， 没指望有大的进步， 主要就是保持住， 然后学学别的泳姿。 等明年
开春后就准备扔到游泳队里去了。
然后这个游泳就算是告一段落了， 就是每年春夏去游泳队， 再不单独上课了。
我觉得吧， 你要是不急或不准备进team， 其实完全可以等下次回国。 |

一老太太，真老， 70多了吧，学生还不少。 中国人跟得特别多。 问了一圈认识的中
国人，评价还不错。反正就是典型的美国白人老太太，不严厉，不紧逼，不强调手型。
小朋友还是在digital piano上学，虽然旁边就有一个Grand piano, 据说是给有一定水
平大孩子用的。毕竟人老了，说话的劲头比Andy现在40岁的钢琴老师中气差多了，她倒
是很爽快得把Andy安排到她的fall schedule里去了。她的收费也是我打听到的老师中
最低的一位。
回来后，让Andy练琴，一个measurement练不过去，小家伙就发脾气，砸琴，气得我真
不想让他练琴了，折磨，真太折磨了。

扭，因为觉得好像有条件没有用上，结果超时。后来才意识到这题是Greedy. 想感觉一

的group lessons。最方便大人。但是因为在更衣室门口就得跟父母say bye
，不许家长跟进，所以上幼儿园drop off的娃慎用！
当时见了几个大哭不进去，家长不舍得就给抱走了的。不知道退钱不退。
另外一个选择是private lesson，就是只上课，一对一，按小时收钱。如果按
小时算下来肯定是贵的，但是第一我看private lesson是家长可以跟在旁边，甚至
大概可以一家人一起雇用一个教练的，如果只上2个半小时或者三个小时课程，
那么总的价钱大概差不多。只不过这样不利于大人自己上山去爽。
这个选择，亲爹亲妈们应该优先考虑。我现在多多少少帝邮电后悔，至少后2天
应该选择private lesson。 |

我们正式开始之前, 听了朋友的劝告, 先去上了个group lesson, 就是个音乐课玩玩,
不到5岁开始的, 上完了是5岁刚过, 老师说她可以ready学琴了, 我们又比较了半天
group lesson和private lesson, 最后找了个她认识的超级nice老师, 并且hold了几个
月, 5岁半才开始.
我觉得那个group lesson还满重要的, 学了note, 节拍, 有跟老师copy&cat唱很多, 认
了琴键, 等正式开始学琴的时候容易多了
建议开始学琴之前, 先上个group class, 让孩子准备一下 |

我能搭车问个游泳的问题不。。。我家也快5岁，爹妈都不会游泳，不过舍命陪君子没
问题，精力时间金钱都可以砸，就是不知道怎么砸好点。。。去年还是前年陪着玩了几
次，开始怕得要命，玩了1，2次好多了，接着就没再去了，主要是爹妈不会，没用心，
有点抗拒心理。。。检讨。。。现在想捡起来，什么方法最好呢。。。小子还是说很怕
游泳，怕水，不肯去。。。就是这么个状态吧，一度都不怎么怕了，现在又怕得要死了
。。。
1。爹妈继续陪，先不怕水了再说，然后group lesson?
2。我问了一个教游泳的，说最好是先找私人的1对1先培养的不怕水了。。。然后再
group lesson。private lesson的人能搞定娃不？怀疑，要是娃大哭，老师怎么办？不
可能硬拉下水吧。。。怀疑行不行
3。直接上group lesson，反正是哭，敞开来哭，老师可怎么办啊，管不过来吧。。。
谁能给建议下不？
还有冬天去学，会不会冷啊。。。 |

剛才回覆底下一帖關於台灣國歌的帖子，順手就去找了下中華民國國歌。令我很驚訝的
是，出國十年，中華民國國歌竟然有了一種新的伴奏！我不是音樂專家，不過來比比不
同版本的國歌吧。
古早以前，國歌有兩種版本，C 大調與 D 大調，前者是官方標準。古早看電影前放國
歌，第一個鏡頭是老蔣坐在書桌前的，那個版本就是 C 大調的。D 大調的版本不是官
方，但也不知道算什麼，不過偶爾還是會聽到演奏演唱。
底下這是標準 C 大調的版本，可惜 YouTube 找不到更好的影片，只有用這個了。由於
C 大調的特性，再加上配樂配器的方式，使得這個版本的國歌平和，平穩，也非常莊
嚴肅穆（甚至肅殺）。有人會覺得這個版本的國歌暮氣沉沉，但我倒覺得是平和莊重。
在＂矢勤矢勇＂的地方，伴奏部份弦樂是用一弓到底的持續音，定音鼓則用弱聲地連擊
襯底，雖然音響不大，很穩定，但卻給人一種風雨欲來的感覺。果然，這段過去後，接

发帖数: 226 | 48 我家大宝四岁半的时候去过YMCA的swim lesson，八节课70多刀，因为是会员所以有
会员价，记忆中非会员应该比会员贵20多刀。
五岁以后又连续报了两个，都是八节课70刀的，一个教练带两个孩子。
我选的每周两节课，也有周末的，不过总是爆满。
个人意见就是，如果你的孩子已经会游泳，想找游泳课提高水平纠正姿势联系基础
，就不要去swim lesson，不如找swim team，训练比较正规。
YMCA的swim lesson对姿势什么的要求非常不严格，虽然也教一些。主要就是让孩子
能浮在水面游，不会强调动作标准和基础打水练习。姿势差不多能游，那就算OK。然后
给你评一个等级，要达到一定的标准才能继续往上升另一个级别。
除非小孩子不会游泳，怕水，又不肯和爸妈学，去swim lesson锻炼几节课还是好的

next time just ask for the best instructor or PSIA L3 certified instructor.
如果是group lesson, 那就没得选，不过你可以写email去反映这个问题。 |
