发帖数: 937 | 20 上周五看过Avatar后，当天晚上用三个多小时为Avatar制作了这部muscic video。激动
的心情不再表述。
此MV视频完全来自高清Official Trailer和一小段高清电影（verycd），由于素材限制
，只能尽最大可能让音频视频match。音频是Leona演唱的theme song “I See You”，
堪比10多年前Celine的“My Heart Will Go On”。在音乐前半部讲述Avatar计划以及
两人一教一学的愉悦场景，在高潮处引入残酷的战争场面，在结尾处呼应开头，同时加
入我最喜欢的两人比翼双飞的场景以及两人的初见。
此MV基本完整的讲述了整个故事，有些微剧透，没看过电影的同学小心了。

very far with the book.
I know Dr. Clara E. Hill has an interest in dream interpretation in therapy.
She has around 30 publications regarding it. I think the one below should be
fun reading.

周6的50迈比赛又跑错路了，非常沮丧，本来有点不想再写周记了，
想了想，还是继续写吧...
周6比赛的几个教训：
1。前半程不要跑快，不管感觉有多好，保证心率不要超过140.
2。太阳的影响很大，大太阳下和树阴下感觉完全不同，温度一高感觉有点迈不动腿.
到时候注意用冰降温，尽量喝冰水.
3。腿的肌肉强度还差很远，大腿小腿都很酸疼，得加些力量练习.
4。最后3周taper很重要，得保证腿足够fresh.
5。比赛线路一定要仔细研究, 一旦觉得不对，立刻调头，不要轻信其他的runner,
其他人也很可能会跑错路. |

的英文发音也有不少问题，那天跑步听她发的'everywhere'就不对。
小白的嗓子无论leona lewis那种憋着气的或者what's going on那种偏摇滚需要很放得开得都不是很适合，酒吧翻唱歌手大概因为什么都需要唱，需要模仿，不是很注意自己的嗓音特色，比如阿信也有这个问题。 |
