给贷款申请人放贷的渠道(direct lending)是retail，就是“零售”。一般来说，如果
用同一个lender，broker能够拿到的利率比直接找这个lender的loan officer要低一些
，因为相当于是银行把sales和marketing外包给broker降低了自身成本。但是无论哪个
broker做都最终会把您的贷款申请交给某个direct lender来做，区别在于有的银行某
些房子不做（例如condo），某些银行不做某些移民身份（例如H1B但是无I-140
Approval），有的银行的利率优势是自住屋，有的是投资房，等等。

靠谱的lender。
很后悔，打电话给他们要求清楚个人信息。还好，lending tree说会给所有收到我的信
息的公司发通知解除对个人信息的访问。
但是有某些打过电话来的公司听上去很不正路，有些担心会否造成信息盗用。
上来问问大家有没有类似体会的，有没有什么建议更好的清除可能的隐患。 |

Worst, will 250 billion is enough to solve European problem, I doubt it. As
long as there is money available, what is the incentives to take painful cut
(like Italy).
As long as US can print the money, they will not take the painful budget cut
which will hurt the people with no money(Yesterday, both party passed the
defense bill with no problem from both side) nor they will take tax hike to
hurt the wealthy.

以不清楚他们是不是也做jumbo loan。有些银行或者credit union也有lending上限。
想问问看jumbo的loan一般去哪做比较好？刚开始看很没有头绪，目前只是想到四大行:
BOA,Wells Fargo, Chase, Citi。另外问一下如果想做pre-approval，loan agent可以
做吗？还是只能从银行做？多谢！ |

prosper本身的全自动模式，一年弄个6-8%很轻松，而且没有股市的波动。
你可以看看lending academy每个季度的my returns，真的很稳定。 他优化了他的
model而且精挑细选成绩自然更好，但这个投资本身是赚钱的。 |
