简短来讲就是，我的新explorer在开了一万多麦之后，出现lost power steering的问
题，导致没法开，去dealer三次，每一次都是修好一个月就出问题。
后来呢，我换了个dealer，修了一次，从去年12月份拿回来到现在再没问题出现过问题。

今年8月中旬买了一辆2017HondaAccord，两周后包括ABS在内的4个灯亮了，去修，说是
左后轮感应器坏了，修了三小时说修好了。但两星期以后，四个灯又亮了，又去修了三
小时，换了两个部件，又说修好了。我想换车，应该怎么办？

他一直是我的偶像，可能算是我唯一电影电视里的偶像。专业上讲，太喜欢他的主持了
，清新自然，有深度不霸气，45岁的人不仅有年青的外表，更有一双真诚眼睛。我格外
喜欢他的眼神，诚恳清澈真诚智慧。每次都特意选好准确的时间跑步只为了看他的节目。
从来没有试图猜过他是不是，只是觉得总有一种莫名的亲切伴着他的眼神。今天看到新

第一次上课已经在这里汇报过了，狂叫超过30分钟，一个劲地扑狗扑人，ld拽得都手疼
，还在petsmart里大号一把。后几次上课也是叫，第三次上课，在停车场就开始叫不停
，ld怒了不带她了，从此以后就是俺一个人拽她，老师一会treat，一会用water
bottle喷她屁屁，也快颓了。慢慢的lemon叫得少一些了，但还是easily distracted，
经常老师教一个训练项目，就对俺们说：这个对Lemon比较难，你们可以接着做前一个
exercise。终于到第五、六次课，lemon叫得更少了，用吃的能控制，第一次得到老师
表扬，说impressive。第七、八次课竟然能focus，在家里能做的在课堂上也能做了。
但是有distraction的时候还是pull like crazy。
训练的路很漫长啊！ |

基本内容是
早上10：00-10：30，在Gee‘s garden吃个饮茶，大概吃1小时-1.5小时；大家认识一
下，饭大家AA。
然后动身去MT Lemon，我们会准备抓虾用的3个网兜和若干诱饵，一套钓鱼的装备；
到达Mt Lemon的时间预计是1：00，从Gee's Garden到Mt Lemon湖边，大概是50分钟车
程。
然后我们可以聊天，钓鱼，抓虾，欣赏风景；大概4-5点结束。
然后可以晚饭optional，可以决定去外面吃，或者部分人回家。
目前人员，大概有3-4个女生，5-6个男生，最后人数会控制在10人内，其中有我和另外
两个是在Tucson工作的，其他是UofA的学生，多数为MS和PhD。另外，具体开车行程，
你不用管，由我组织。

是不是要通过lemon law退款或换车。以下是问题记录，
－－刚开2000mi左右oil level的灯亮了，去dealer处检查，没有找到原因，说可能是
出厂时就没灌满，让我开走观察。最后给了report算结了这个Case。
－－又开了约1000mi，油灯再次亮。送检后还是不能找到原因，要我每300mi回去检查
，共4次。我按要求做了，最后一次检查说oil有点下降但是在正常水平，没有做任何维
修。最后给了report。
－－再开1000mi，油灯又亮。这次花了两天时间做了所有检测，还是不能找到原因，让
我1000mi后再去检查，做两次。目前这个case open，没有给report。
请问目前这个情况能否使用了lemon law? 需要找律师帮忙打这个官司还是自己做就可
以了？律师费大概会是多少？ |

发帖数: 94 | 27 2013 ford c-max hybrid, leased, 18个月内，电池dead了5次。每次的状况都是一样
，锁车 隔夜后 没电 只能插钥匙开门，不能启动引擎，不能换档做任何操作，只能打
开前盖 jump start。
第一次，1.5个月 直接死着拖去service， recall 软件系统更新
第二次，3.5个月 jump start后扳手显示在仪表盘，开去service， 更换新电池
第三次，4个月 jump start后扳手显示，开去service ，建议拆了报警再检查
第四次，11个月 jump start开去service，没发现问题
第五次，17个月 直接死着拖去service，recall 软件系统更新
在第四次的时候claim了lemon car，但是被拒，回复要等下次出现问题时，不jump
start，直接拖到service检查。第五次发生后照办，但是修完说，修好了，不会有问题
了。
同一问题发生了五次了，尽管这次ford 说修好了，如果又发生，我是不是就可以直接
再claim lemon car了，不需要再给ford修理的机会。

我去年7月买了辆新的Toyota Camry LE. 12 月份车出现“check brake system”的警
告（刚点着车就出现）。然后拿去Dealer,没找到问题，于是拿回来开。不久后同样的
警告又出现，但当时是圣诞期间，修车要等一个多礼拜，于是在local继续开，3，4天
后等自动关了，所以就取消了约。但前几天这东西又亮了，
dealer还是找不出原因，说开了个case number，让我们下次再看到问题马上拿回去对
比数据，还说这是他们的procedure,
他们已经positively 地修车了。
很气愤，因为这是刹车的警告，而且是新车，我想要换辆新车，有人走过lemon
law吗？复杂吗？不知道我这个胜数大不大。 |

些小摆设很有意思， 比如用石头做的打击乐器。 餐馆也很干净， 完全没有餐馆的那
股味道。 WAITER说话都轻声细语的， 给人感觉很好。 可以说在中餐馆中除了OASIA的
环境可以跟Lemon leaf比外， 其它的都没法比。
到现在， 我们吃过3样菜， 都不错。 一个是CLAY POT PORK， 鉴于我们对MAUI的CLAY
POT SHRIMP念念不忘，我们就点了这个。 拿上来发现其实 就是中国的红烧肉。 肉烧
的很烂，有点甜，不腻， 汤也很好吃，经过处理了完全没有油腻。 不过这味道还是不
如那个MAUI的CLAY POT SHRIMP好吃， 菜份不是很大， 就一个大号的杯子那么大。
我们还点过一个他们的SPECIALTY， 是个鱼汤，其实可以当主菜。 一大碗的汤酸酸甜
甜的， 有点象泰国菜的TONGYUM SOUP， 不过不辣。 里面放了各种鱼，鲜贝，墨鱼之
类的。 比起CLAY POT PORK，我更喜欢这个。
我们还试过7 COURSE BEEF。 就是牛肉7吃。 这是要2人吃的。 第 |
