我们第一年参加，没有参展，就是去看个热闹。哇，没想到那么多的孩子参展。大家ｐ
ｏｓｔｅｒ都搞像模像样的，实验目的，过程，结果，还有讨论都写的清清楚楚， 还
有孩子干脆就用电脑在做ｄｅｍｏ。
好些孩子的ｐｒｏｊｅｃｔ真是impressive。有个四年级的女生，自己用培养皿养细菌
，而且细菌的大概分类，也都清楚了，这才１０岁的孩子啊。很多孩子回答问题的时候
特别自信，真让人羡慕。
学校还请了当地ｓａｌｍｏｎ ｈａｔｃｈｅｒｙ的人过来，给孩子讲ｓａｌｍｏｎ的
洄游，产卵，还现场解剖了一尾鱼给大家看。ｈｉｇｈｓｃｈｏｏｌ的大孩子也被请过
来，给小家伙们讲他们的ｓｃｉｅｎｃｅ ｐｒｏｊｅｃｔ。最有意思就是两个学生物
的父母带了一堆各种各样动物的骨骼和好些活的蜘蛛，蝎子给大家看，小孩子们哪一个
乐。

暨大的好处是有拼音, 对乐乐来说很容易.
马立平的据说学习效果更好, 但作业太多. 会多到什么程度呢? 跟暨大的作业比.

看见别人家的神童，我一直当鸵鸟来着，现在一看不行了，只好出来求救。
我家两个越来越不一样了，一个擅长lego, puzzle, drawing，不到三岁，用拼接玩具
就能拼出来很复杂的狮子，坦克什么的，我连想都想不到。 他玩儿100片儿的puzzle比
我都快，可是快5岁高龄了，还不认识所有的字母。而且注意力不集中，circle time的
时候，老师总看到他四处乱看。
另一个说起字母来头头是道，喜欢自己做work book，可是玩儿那些需要creative的东
西就和另一个差一些。
马上就要上k了，我不发愁玩儿不好puzzle的，实在是发愁那个不会字母的。

的东西或者去什么地方玩过，都要特地在儿子面前显摆，还特别强调是special的。
比如，A有了双新鞋，告诉我儿子是神奇魔力鞋，能跑的比他快，儿子也要我买，对于
这种情况，我们都看是否需要，是否合适，当然所谓的神奇魔力鞋只是普通鞋子，道理
跟儿子说通了，儿子也不闹着要了，但是看得出来，他还是郁闷了好久，特别是跑不过
A的时候，总觉得是鞋子的原因。
诸如此类，不胜其烦，每当儿子回家说A说了他有什么什么很special的时候，我们偶尔

回来一个多星期了,好不容易有时间坐下来整理一下照片. 小朋友这次真的是玩疯了,

我们是顺时针玩，也就真正玩了2个区：adventure land, Frontier land. 等转到
Fantasyland人已经太多了， 就看了经典的Mickey's PhilharMagic， 坐了不用怎么排
队的旋转木马。

years ago ya, but ld and lele strongly objected it. I didn't like to Zhe
Teng myself, 9 Shun Qi Zi Ran following the cutoff la.
But the disadvantage is obvious - many of the boys in lele's class are more
than one year older than him, 1 girl 2 years older. 2/3 9 months older.
Study, he is on top. Sports average. Behavior no problem. Maturity he is on
target of his own age, but not there to compete with the older kids. :-) |

but drama class is still good for kids to train public speaking and
presentation de. the one lele went 90 kids each takes turn to perform, all
kind of kids are there, but only 2 boys out of 15 kids.
will send lele to acting camp next year. they ask for 8 and up and suggest 6
.5 is too young to go this year. |

It is the perfect size for the only corner left in lele's room (PB's is too
big), and matches his clothes cabinet and 2 similar book shelves as in the
picture.
We plan to use it as coffee table in family room for now so ld and i can
watch lele doing activites while we water or watch tv. :-) |

The events are so popular ya. They sent out email on Monday and was booked
out on Tuesday. I got a last minute call after sb cancelled.
1 year older 90 1 year older, now lele can climb and bounce everything in
their 2 rooms with ease. I was forced by him to try one climber/ slider and
almost had an heart attack.
And good sports pays off. They asked each kid hunts only 9 eggs, although
many kids/ parents didn't follow the rule, lele stopped at 9 and left many
eggs for other kids |

as the youngest kindergartener, giving his body 1 extra year to grow, also
my focus on his growth plan before 7 is language, social/EQ and PE, so free
play is perfect.
Also as chimney said, 我们这里没有太大学业压力，中国人少嘛. So lele can
easily handle the academic part even he free plays the whole morning plus 4-
9PM everyday. |

lele will have -
1 week each of golf/YMCA, soccer, and basketball
2 weeks of multi sport camps
then 3 "calm down" weeks of variety camps in athletic club - will have tae
kwon do, all kinds of sports, art, gym, dance or kids fit everyday
daily swimming or 3 days a week swimming for 7 out of the 9 weeks
运动量 is quite large, but based on last year's big kids (5-12) camp
experience, he grew up a lot through the 2 months and ended up handling the
kindergarten |

the problem at home is ld can not take over any education related staff, he
got soooooooo upset with lele's soccer game, reading comprehension, or
weekly journal...... but lele behaves very well everything he does with me,
ended up i have to do evrything with him. seems mission impossible once
school begins and piano/ chinese school/ soccer/ school homework/ swimming/
reading ... all kick in. :-) |

teaching addition/substractions? The anwser was in Spring. Anyway lele's
math went big backward through the K year.
You can ask privately how sissy has been doing so far. We forgot to ask that
, but luckily one i met the teacher at the parking lot, she started to talk
about everything about lele to me, which was very helpful at that time. |

Lele never took lessons before, only went there during summer camp a few
times last years. According to him, it was just kids and teachers all fell
down and had fun.
Now the group lesson for 3-6 yr old is 6 weeks long and $90. But only $150
if you sign up 2 times a week.
Should I do twice a week or once a week?
LD is strongly objecting to any lessons now, I would like take this 6 weeks

instruction and pushing other kids) 1.5 years ago, but now he is mostly a
well behaved kid in school la (only 1 note in kindergarten, so far no note
in 1st grade). :-)
i feel you still need to let tutu join the circle time, for long term
benefit. tell the teachers/director this and ask them to help out
at the same time, buy any nursery rythem and magic school bus set to read at

“小钢炮”冯小刚又放炮了，这回冯小刚对准了“屌丝”一词。26日晚，冯小刚在微博贴出与一外籍友人的对话，探讨“屌丝”一词，并直指是对境遇不堪者的蔑称，中国人不以为耻反以为荣，此番言论立刻引发诸多网友热议。今日(27日)，冯小刚再更新微博称“一些人恍然大悟糊涂上了流行的当；一些人执迷不悟坚持认为屌丝这词不寒碜跟镀了金似的，这谁也拦不住。”

呆萌砳砳长成“毛猴”
据《现代快报》中新网报道“哪个来给我理理发”？前天上午，有网友贴图上传了一张砳砳（lele)绿雕的照片，照片中，砳砳“毛发旺盛”，活像一个刚从山里蹦出来的毛猴。青奥过后，就不断有市民反映，南京街头不少青奥设施“时过境迁”，出现了被弃置或残破的现象。对此，有关部门回应，正在为青奥会期间所做的一大批绿色景观落实后续的维护费用。有关整理工作正在进行，所有青奥遗产都会得到很好处置。

“过气‘网红’被曝晚年生活凄惨”“请问这只砳砳在哪里？我想带它去理个发。”前天上午，有网友晒出一幅在太阳宫拍摄的绿雕砳砳的图片，图片上，青奥期间备受追捧的吉祥物砳砳“邋遢”了起来，许久未理的“毛发”耷拉下来，一双喜感大眼睛被茂盛的毛发掩盖，身上五彩斑斓的颜色变成了土红。当天下午，记者在太阳宫一处草坪上见到了这个2米多高，因为长期无人修剪，原本呆萌活泼的砳砳活脱脱变成了看不清脸面的“毛猴”。
