我怎么觉得这二个词这么难懂呢。lentil是扁豆,legume是豆类。难道是看形状吗?
去皮绿豆属于前者或后者呢?

买个厨房秤,看看28克是多少,就知道热量多不多啦!我看28g也就是一两口的份量。
除了热量,还要看营养结构,这东西主要是fat和carb,没多少蛋白质,60大卡吃进去

其实好的白米也要一块多一磅呢。更特别的米更贵,比如risotto rice(arborio rice
),三块多四块多一磅。
quiona在costco卖得很便宜,好像是四磅装的袋子。不过这些东西有人吃不惯。
顺便再推荐种legume吧,lentil。蛋白质含量在legume里面算是顶级的高了,也很便宜
。素食的印度人就靠这个来补充蛋白质了。

对,就直接用这种mix。
买的时候可以看,应该是soilless的最好 - 无土的“土”。就是三种东西的mix:peat
moss, vermiculite + perlite. 吸水保水好,又松软。
最好可以用earthbox,产量会高很多,而且管理方便。Amazon有。
需要肥料,可以买些compost混在土里。另外也需要施肥,鸡粪是Nitrogen为主,光吃
叶子的菜就够了。如果需要吃果的,需要Phosphate和patassium。可以去买些16:16:16
(OSH)上。豆科植物不需要多施nitrogen,因为它们根部有固氮菌(Rhizobium)。这个
可以买(Legume Inoculants)。我是育苗后,把Legume Inoculants混在根上再移栽。
对了,最好所有的东西都育苗,这样长得快又好。

如前所述,公元415年太宗明王阿道夫遇刺后,刺客背后可能的黑手阿玛黎贵族西格
里克攫取了王位。据说他从巴塞罗那主教手中抢走了阿道夫的幼子们并将他们残忍的杀
死。他又把阿道夫的遗孀尊贵的罗马公主嘉拉∙普拉茜迪娅降为阶下囚,强迫她
行军十二英里。他的统治仅仅维持了一个礼拜:西格里克不得人心的暴行很快激起其他
贵族的反抗,他在冲突中被杀。后世流传的西哥特诸王列表一般不把他列入其中,这里

在6—8个月,应继续让宝宝吃泥状的、糊状的和半固体的食物。在7—8个月,要让宝宝
学会吃高质量的菜粥或烂面条。这是宝宝学习咀嚼和吞咽的好食材,在这关键时期学会
吃菜粥或烂面条,就可以顺利过渡到吃软饭或其他面食。
23.肝肉泥
原料:猪肝和瘦猪肉,姜汁适量
做法:
.将猪肝和瘦猪肉洗净,去筋,放在砧板上,用不锈钢汤匙按同一方向以均衡的力量刮

几年前在此发表过此文,但是去年营养协会为了Maxmize骨骼健康修订了4-9岁的孩子的
钙的推荐量,所以本文相应做了修订。
一岁以后的小儿生长速度减慢,食欲会比一岁之前降低,这个要注意。进食行为发育特
点有:
1. 用杯子喝水,12个月到15个月应该逐渐Wean Bottle,15个月的小儿可以Manage使
用杯子, 但是可能会有Spill,18个月到24个月的孩子应该很好掌握杯子了。所以两岁
的小儿应该不再使用Bottle, 而完全改用杯子了。
2. Self Feeding发展。 六个月至一岁半的小儿,应该能够逐渐掌握自己用手把食品
