账单寄送到原来的地址，我没有收到，所以没有付钱，city treasurer 就让 boa 直接
收我的钱。BoA 说他们就是收到 request 然后收钱然后给 city treasurer，不涉及到
credit score 的问题。city treasurer 说他们不发送影响 credit score 的信息，
他们所作的就是让 boa 收钱。这是不是说我的损失就是 100 刀的 legal process fee? |

我的感觉是:lawful就是合乎法理，和有很极强得条理得事物。
legal强调不和法律抵触，就是不惹事得意思。legitimate强调权威性。
licit强调依法行事。

和我杠上了呢？我觉着这事情就是一堆troll在这里发牢骚，结果那个rainingday受到
了心理打击。但是最重要的是，她居然搞个捐款。这个事情就升级了，因为有个
contract law在这里了。她做不到的话，当然捐款人会发牢骚。她如果不想让事情升级
