当然都是EM7455.
我想是不是也能管理zte MF975S。
正好我的路由器Linksys wrt1900ac-v1 也有LEDE固件。
我想试试。
如果能锁定频段更好。
如果不能，LEDE是不是也能想OpenWRT一样设置USB modem 模式？
如果也不能，刷回OpenWRT方便吗？ |

Use the newest chaos calmer openwrt or LEDE firmware.
Install these packages. If using putty just copy and paste this
opkg install umbim kmod-usb-net-cdc MBIM kmod-usb-net-sierra wireless kmod-
usb-serial-wwan kmod-usb-serial-sierra wireless kmod-usb-serial-qualcomm
Then copy and paste this.
uci del network.wan
uci set network.wan=interface
uci set network.wan.proto=mbim
uci set network.wan.device=/dev/cdc-wdm0

Lenovo的EM7455 wwan卡（$70-100)和M2 USB adapter盒子带天线($18)准备折腾下。
可以一波三折呀， 先是IPX cable 很难连到EM7455那个tiny 天线接口上，然后在
win10安装驱动后设备管理器上显
示“Sierra wireless EM7455 QDloader port (com3) 无法启动 （代码10）”，事件
显示”无法迁移设备“， Sierra skylight 也无法联通。 以前也听说这玩意很tricky
， linux可以自动识别， 但是windows下要手动安装，还有不同的模式（ AT, DM, or
NMEA）， 就是Lenovo和Dell的EM7455也还不一样。 现在也不知道是安装不对， 还是
这个EM7455是个坏的， 真头疼呀。 准备在linux 下试试，还是个LEDE固件的router
比较好。现在就有个多余的asus N16好像支持LEDE。 啥是带modem manager的LEDE，

Boot back into windows, install Sierra Wireless drivers from source.
sierrawireless.com, and flash with "SWI9X30C_02.20.03.00_00_GENERIC_002.
017_000" firmware (latest as of this posting).

要在router上使用必须在lede安装modem manager。因为现有lede 或者open wrt的内核

kernel到4.4了挂外设超省心，但博通没驱动呀，68只能安心2.6。lede得上50的

最后的结果竟然是把tm1900ac扔回了柜子里，直接用了wdr3500做repeater
本来有个wr700n打算用来做repeater的，不知道是放太久还是怎么反正就是连不上
webinterface，hard reset也没用，估计是坏了。
现在家里的以太网又回到了100Mbps
晚上也许再试试番茄，现在神游的状态是openwrt/lede不支持，merlin的repeater功能
只能bridge，没有路由。番茄要是没啥问题就上那个了 |

发帖数: 267 | 8 这么多年收集的router中找到一个Dlink DIR645可以上LEDE，牛人给我build了一个带
modem manager的LEDE总算可以驱动EM7455
搞了两周现在才搞定，速度从15mbps 提升到30mbps
锁了band 41，稳定了很多
速度的翻倍应该是EM7455的CA效果，毕竟外置天线也只勉强提升了一格信号
总之不建议折腾EM7455
都是linux底下driver和EM7455的firmware的问题

计算机上插EM7455卡（一般laptop有多余的插口吗？）
计算机上还得搞个USB sim adapter，
外置天线往哪里接，也接到计算机上。
然后还要接个能刷LEDE router？
LEDE是从OpenWRT发展出来的，应该有很多OpenWRT的功能。
我怎么觉得应该可以用计算机当router。 |

0)如果你的EM7455是lenovo版的，找一个thinkpad比较好，如果是dell版的，找一个
dell的笔记本可以救你于水火，否则你会折腾很久windows都无法识别你的EM7455。有
一个不大靠谱的办法就强制安装驱动，前提是你已经安装了通用驱动或则品牌驱动，点
那未知设备，选择手动安装驱动，从不匹配的驱动列表里选择modem-〉sierra AT EM/
MC7455 驱动，运气好你的一个未知设备会变成3个设备，其中AT那个设备是驱动正常，
其余都失败。这样子你可以用下载的huawei terminal连接并输入指令了。

制什么lede啥的，就official的image已经非常好了。5G的频宽比2.4要大很多，信号质
量好。我家也是用的电信宽带，送的路由器在我妈房里，隔着很厚的墙信号都很好，跑
speedtest能有70多兆下行。

新版的fw不能回到旧版的fw，也不能刷其他fw
mini cfe page死活进不去，完全没反应
aswrt-merlin自带的repeater功能太弱，想换成lede/openwrt完全刷不了现在
估计只能换个cfe然后再从mini cfe page刷了 |

固件里OpenWRT(LEDE)对USB tethering支持比较好。
我试过刷openwrt， 刷完后根本不能用，
网上说5G wifi不工作，所以我也没在试。
原厂asus固件和梅林用USB tethering速度都极慢。（倒是界面很容易）
DD-WRT也试过，没成功。
有空准备刷下tomato试试。

没标配thinkpad机器就只能学我第一个链接里的办法在linux下操作
没linux机器你可以试试lede下装好mbim驱动用screen 命令连
嫌复杂也可以windows底下强制手工选择你装好的通用at驱动，虽然不匹配，但是能驱
动at端口让你华为连接，其它的modem功能还是驱动不了
