Which one is best for me?
1. apply for H4 to stay home, anyone has the docummation list? is it leagal
to stay in US after submit the H4 application?
2. apply for F1 to study in community college, not sure the tuition? maybe
too expensive.

在那个Joe Legal里面刚开始的税就搞错了。
四口之家的Joe年收入$52000
四个人头的减免是：$3950X4=$15800
Standard Deduction: $12400
医疗保险费：$600X12=$7200
这样一年的纳税收入是：$52000-15800-12400-7200=$16600
根据2014 税表，$30200的纳税收入夫妻联合保税的话，联邦所得税是1668.
而因为Joe有两个未成年子女，可以拿到2000美元的Credit.
这样实际上Joe不用缴联邦税，反而可以从联邦政府那儿拿到332美元。
因为不用缴联邦所得税，勤劳而且是美国公民的Joe也成为极右党嘲讽的47%的一员。
而州所得税只是$180-350.
这样收入所得税几乎没有。
Social security and MedCare Tax 是大约3900
这样所有的税加起来是3750-3920，不到52000收入的7.5%，远低于楼板斧宣称的30%。 |

我在65m限速的路上开了81，给法庭寄去了 not guilty的ticket和一封说明自己如何不
小心、请求reduce ticket的信(我以前从没吃过任何超速或者停车的ticket)。最近收
到回复的bargin offer,说是可以从4点降到2点，问我愿不愿意接受。
请问大家我这种情况如何能够降到0点？
刚吃ticket的时候，我们学校的student leagal service的一个律师说这个地区的
court一般只能降到2点。他起初还让我交给他律师费，请他出面帮我降到2点（他有个
事务所）。结果我写了封信就降了，所以弄得我现在我不太相信他说的话了。
请指点迷津。
