同伴放了头三个quick draws
下面怎么也上不去
她让俺上，我就想说，me? leading?! well well,,, 就试试吧
结果，竟然完成了接下来的5个点
虽然不是那么难，但是心里好怕，腿也抖了好几回

当然排除一点心理和挂绳子的麻烦，就低一级罢，室外至少低两级。不过新的

很多人保护都不够，有些runout
而且，即便保护够了，还要看冰的质量
即便ice screw能hold住
还要看你是不是掉下来的时候把belayer砸到
或者ice tool掉下来砸到belayer
或者，crampons把绳子踢了。。。
不安全因素太多了
很佩服敢在ice上lead fall的人

今天终于过了，等了快7个月了。
本来状态不是特别好，昨天bouldering有点多。今天胳膊还有些疼。
但是等不了了，爬了一个5.8，二个5.9，follow一个5.10a，
感觉还行，就去前台要求lead test了。
爬完下来，考官问我爬得时候有些地方有没有更好的选择?
我想了一下，说没有。然后她说有个clip后绳子跑到脚后面了。
我恍然大悟，说，clip前，绳子还没问题，把绳子拽过来clip后就跑脚后面了。
但是感觉手上抓的很牢，发现后立刻把绳子绕倒脚前面了。
她说，下次应该，把绳子拽过来，然后用脚踩着，或者挤到墙上，然后再clip。
我想来上课的时候是讲过，但平时都没注意。只是注意抓牢，clip后，脚赶紧换位置。
原来这条从来不换专门考试的线，虽然短点，但是要求的挺全面。
上次是miss clip，这次是rope behind feet。
还好，考官说，我自己注意到这个问题，就让我pass了。
真不容易。。。 |

3) I always use an overgrip, so if I need to put lead tape
on the handle, I hope it won't move or feel uncomfortable.
4) I need to add at least 15g weight.

发帖数: 332 | 12 偶然原因又用了一会闲置很久的PS 6.1 classic，发现真的很喜欢那种久违了的head
light的感觉，虽然比平常用的APDGT重了1oz,不过swing weight根本就差不多，对付
hard hitter的稳定性却强了很多。
决定改造APDGT, ebay拍来的lead tape一到，开工，3，9点一边2克，handle butt cap
处加18克，10分钟解决问题，balance point从4point HL变成了大概9-10points HL，
总重从11.4oz，增加到12.2oz，swing weight应该也增加了，不过感觉不出来。
刚开始还照着老样子同样力度挥拍，出界！虽然只加了4g，力道却大了好多，还好，很
快就适应了，多加spin！拍子很听话，spin力道也明显加强了，可能是butt cap处加的
16g的原因吧，I can really rip the ball easier and harder!

而且以前大家讨论过，Step 2 First Aid 写得不好，很多人都推荐USMLE Step 2 Secrets 或者Crush. 我更喜欢 "Secrets", 因为是问答题形式的.
Step 2 复习的时候，可能画 "结构图" 比较能帮助理清思路和记忆. 附件里那个是我自己画的，就是举个例子，具体内容可能有出入.
不知道你那道题Blood lead level 多少，选项是口服还是静脉给药呢？我觉得给药途径还是很重要的. |

(severe ) lead level >70 or with encephalopathy: IV EDTA or IM Dimercaprol
LZ 的题，应该是moderate, 所以用edetate calcium disodium i.e. EDTA
Secrets 或者Crush. 我更喜欢 "Secrets", 因为是问答题形式的.
我自己画的，就是举个例子，具体内容可能有出入.
