【编者按】近期闭幕的中共“十八大”上， 现任中国常务副总理的李克强再任中央政
治局常委，排名第二，预期将在明年三月人代会上接替温家宝，出任总理。中国官方公
布的领导人简历往往过简，公众获取信息的渠道也有限，而与新领导人曾有第一手接触
的同事同学也多“为尊者讳”。FT中文网总编辑张力奋近日采访了李克强的大学同班同
学、现为同学会召集人的名律师陶景洲，请他说说他的大学同窗李克强。以下为陶景洲
的访谈实录。
陶景洲，美国德杰律师事务所亚洲执行合伙人，北京大学法学学士学位，后赴法国巴黎
第一大学深造，目前任国际商会国际仲裁院委员和伦敦国际仲裁院理事。
我和李克强，都是安徽人。他1955年生在定远。文革结束后，邓小平复出，很快决定恢
复全国高考。每个省自行出题。我们当年文科的作文是：读叶帅（时任国家领导人的叶
剑英元帅——编者注）的“世上无难事，只要肯登攀”诗有感。
1977年底，作为恢复高考后的首届考生，我考上了北京大学法律系。那年，北大法律系

差。我是英文字一个都不会，也不重视，还几次申请免修。李克强是同学中学英文最卖
力的之一。他口袋里总是装着一叠自己做的英文单词小卡片，一面写的是英文单词，一
面写的是中文，用橡皮筋一扎，一有空就拿出来背。我印象中，他在图书馆呆的时间很
长。
记得有一次，我和克强在他的宿舍里，因一个与法律相关的英文单词争论起来。这个词
是“laymen”。当时，我刚开始读英文，说这个词的意思是“律师/懂法律的人”的意
思。克强说，他的理解正相反，“laymen”是指“不通法律的人”。当然，争论最后，
证明他对这个词的理解是对的。
