原来我在橙县住的时候就在越南人的发廊理发，便宜又符合亚洲人的审美观。
今天去POWAY的Michaels买画框，发现它旁边新开了一家发廊，价钱很便宜，门上写得
MAN $8；WOMAN $14；PERM $35。我就进门和里面的叫Vicky的老板娘聊了两句，我问询
了PERM的价格，Vicky说我的头发偏干，Layer一下效果比PERM好，Layer只要15美元。
然后Vicky就用了30分钟给我Layer了一下，效果真得很好，我非常满意。
Vicky给我理的时候我和她聊了一会儿，原来她住Carmino Del Sur，两个女儿，一个上
大学，一个上高中，自己给别人打了十几年的工， 两个月前才盘下来这个店，生意挺
好的。

车的color paint 有很多种, 质量也各不一样， 你第一次做的效果不好可能用的paint
quality 不够好。 dealer 的paint 价格也不一样， 一般较新的车paint 有multi-
layer, 会比较贵. 所以V 给你的价格可能是一般没有multi-layer 的价格， 但是后来
到dealer那里查到你得color code 是multi-layer 的， 所以告诉了你paint的钱不够。

OK，说完了鞋咱们再说说衣服和裤子吧。户外运动的衣服主要讲究layer，就是分层。
最里面的underwear叫base layer。一般中间会有一到两层，再加上outer shell，就是
外面的一层。这里再次重申一下：一定不要穿棉的。分层的机理主要是因为户外运动天
气多变，再加上出汗等因素经常需要快速应变。每次出行需要穿什么带什么也根据天气
和运动量和运动性质决定。一般来说夏天的pacific northwest低海拔地区白天气候温
和，晚上气温稍低。海拔较高处白天日晒强烈，日夜温差大。具体也跟地形有关系。春
秋两季迷惑性很大，低海拔的地方可能艳阳高照，但是一进山就完全是两重天，海拔
6000ft以上一年大部分时候都有降雪的可能性。所以穿衣服一定要谨慎。

和保暖的要求的话。
Base layer
顾名思义，base layer就是底层，贴身穿的。除了保暖之外，这层的主要功能就是吸汗
，然后把汗向外面排(wicking)。这层的主要考察因素有几方面：快干(quick dry)，保
暖程度，摩擦(chafing)。衣服是不是磨一方面是看材料的光滑程度，更重要的一方面
是看接缝。接缝的地方如果缝的不够精细往往就容易磨。而且衣服的标签经常是
chafing的原因。这就是很多户外的衣服领子后面都没有标签，而是直接印上去的。所
以买衣服的时候不要光看材料，这些小的细节往往非常重要，而且也是做工细致考虑周
到的体现。另外有一点，算是我的个人偏好，我的上衣一律是长袖的，两个原因，一个
是保护胳臂不被树枝刮伤，另外就是防晒。 |

估计这个冬天， 会一直打破记录。 最冷会在 0F，也跑。
今天的服装正好, 应该能满足10F以上的温度。
上身2件 craft base layer, 一件 craft second layer. 下身一件 craft base

便透气又保暖防风)，加一层mid-layer（fleece之类的），一层base layer。这样应该
比两层冲锋衣保暖又舒服。tight的话，有那种厚的，里面是抓绒的那种，如果还冷，
加一层base layer好了。如果觉得冷，帽子手套一定要戴的，很管用。
其实，关于冷热，每个人感觉都不同的，甚至同一个人，不同的时期也不同，找到自己

un-insulated water proof ski jacket plus fleece jacket or other insulation
layers since you can always add one more fleece to keep you warm depending
on the weather. stay away from cotton for all layers including base layer.

M的不错，还可以再layer，比较宽松。

先说说装备吧，我觉得一定要带的东西有以下几样：
1. 望远镜和长镜头。这两样东西我们因为种种原因都没带，去了才后悔不迭。在
Denali的shuttle bus上看野生动物，在Seward的cruise上看鲸鱼，在Katmai看熊都用得上，没有的话真的很吃亏；
2. 衣服。Alaska的夏天还是可以挺冷的。穿衣服的层数越多越好，就是老美说的：
layers, layers, layers. 带衣服时要考虑能不能一层一层往上套，能穿两条裤子最好。Air
Taxi上雪山其实并不冷，但cruise ship上如果你想呆在甲板上多看到点东西就一定要多穿一点。我们带了围巾手套都用上了，衣服可以考虑多带hoodie；
3. 挂在帽子外面的mosquito net。在Alaska的时候温度虽然都在五十度上下，但蚊子
依然很多。鉴于大家一般都穿着长袖衣服，暴露在外面的只有脸，自然就成了蚊子们专攻的风
水宝地。挂上这个，再带上手套或者在手上喷点insect repellent，立刻成为蚊虫不入的金刚之躯，用周星星的话来说：“这个世界清静了。“ |

装一个clonecd，对，不是clonedvd，载入iso，看一眼layer breaker设置，所有x360
的layer breaker都是一样的，现在发布的iso这个应该都是已经设置好的，然后用1-2.
4x开刻就好了，半个小时后搞定。我一直用verbatim的dual layer dvd+r盘，成功率至

我倒是在想会不会只有巴赫的曲子能激发人跟着一边哼哼，我也有这个冲动~ 可能的原
因之一是巴赫这种复调音乐里头各个layer交织在一起，你哼哼很容易从一个layer跳到
另一个layer,可以把一些underlying的韵律挖出来！ |

I'm trying to edit a PNG image using adobe illustrator, but layers do not
show in the imported image in illustrator and the image shows as one single
layer instead. Isn't PNG format supposed to be layered? Any suggestions
would be appreciated, thanks. |

后应用USM比如400， 0.2 1大概就行了， 至于哪里不满意， 弄个layer mask自己涂
涂抹抹就行了， 差半挡问题不大 |

open your file in PS
ctrl+j make a layer copy
alt+ctrl+shift+~
click mask icon
ctrl+i (invert mask)
ctrl+m (drag curves)
now black and white part
you need 2 layers
top HSL layer(saturation to 0 to make it b&w)
channel mixter(check monochrome and play with rgb channel) |

LAYER 1 COPY？
我录了个VIDEO,在最后部分，可以用反转(INVERT)。但是用不了笔刷。只有选择LAYER
1 COPY以后，才可以用笔刷。是这样用吗？
（最后颜色选错了，应该是白色，不是红色） |
