我自己觉得汽油的lawn mower维护起来还好，比维护汽车要容易很多. 汽车换机油，自

第一呢，割草是不赚钱的，利润很少，你要想赚钱，
一是靠剥削劳模，给MIN WAGE,二是要多接几家，
最好都挨着，这样就省得跑老跑去了，省油钱车钱
和时间，除虫施肥还能赚钱，最好是包工包料，化肥
农药也不便宜的说，最好按面积算，具体干活的也
要雇劳模，按小时工算才有的赚。不过跟LANDSCAPE
公司比，LAWN SERVICE真的就是芝麻比西瓜。 |

挣点cash就好，不至于整啥公司，就好像给人家学生做tutor挣点闲钱，就好像有的华
人理发师在别人理发店打工之余的时间自己家里弄个简易理发店给人理发。宁可给附近
community居民割草也尽量不给自己邻居割草，关键也看你做啥工作，割草这活对你们
白领有点太掉价，适合我这样送外卖职业。我都没打算给你割草。但我也不请别人，也
不知道行情，舍不得花这钱，很简单的事情，自己简单折腾一会儿就好了。
邻居夸归夸，但真正和他们说愿不愿意把他们草坪交给你打理时，不见得人家会花钱请
你。到底多少邻居真有诚意请你打理草地，要是只有三五家就算了。所以也不要老看
hourly rate多高，我们这小区有理发师闲余时间给人理发，理个发十几分钟基本就结
束，收十几块，hourly rate也有五六十，但我估计在家闲余时间一个月挣个两三百就
差不多了，大部分收入还得靠在别人理发店打工。
割草自己接活hourly rate还马马虎虎，要是给人家lawn service company打工的low

Zoysia shouldn't be planted in the north unfortunately since it's a warm
season grass. Even though Meyer zoysia will survive there, it's just not
nice to have a brown lawn in spring and fall while all other lawns are green

结果今天问了一个organic lawn service居然要我一年1500, 第二年1200, 第三年900.
大概包括做些test, fertilization, weed, feed之类的

you need to produce a nice looking lawn can be found in a farmer's store.
I take soil sample there, they test and custom make fertilizer for me. Not
even 1/10 of the cost of scotts from costco. |
