整理院子，除杂草花了一个小时，也是一身汗。如果不是因为在练P90X，
我有可能就不锻炼了，呵呵。本来应该是PlyoX的，但是热身的时候发现
跳跃时腰有点不对。应该是拔草的时候腰累着了点。为了安全起见，我决
定改做KenpoX，反正前天也没做。

Automatic transmission 828 miles
Bought a RAV4 2017 LE about two weeks ago with 26 miles on the engine. The
first week no issues very smooth and quiet.
The second week is when the problems started. The first issue was a weird
rattling noise which was loud at points and later on got quiet. Notice noise
was louder after driving it for about 2 hours in traffic. Now the engine
sounds like a lawnmower every traffic light.

我们以前的房子后面的草地人行道什么的也是要我们去剪草的。有一次犯懒没去剪，
city马上在我们的前院插一个木头，说如果我们不在X天内剪，city就来剪，收费一百
，罚款一百六。
我们有一个邻居老头儿挺好的，他有riding lawnmower，常常顺便把整条街都剪了，大

院子里的草一直不好，野草很多，斑驳不齐.并不需要草地太好,但是已经到了说不过
去的地步了. 试过多种种草补草救草养草之法，耗时耗力耗钱不说,皆不奏效. 两年下
来基本上是以失败告终.请人来估价,太贵.遂决定自己动手推到重来，从根本上解决问

don't want to jump from 25lbs to 45 lbs directly, Heavy pants, Lawnmowers
and Back flys put quite a bit of pressure on the lower back so I don't want
to hurt myself, plus I am not looking into getting too big, just want to be
lean, :) |

“getting too big”，你怕啥啊？说实在的，没有人的肌肉会get too big
by accident。至少，你可以等它变太大了再担心吧。你没看那边一哥还在那
里直发愁，受伤了几天不练，眼见着肌肉在变小吗？这肌肉变大实在不容易，
想要它变小那是一点都不用费劲的。
