Following the selection of Apple's proposed design as the new nano-SIM
standard last month, Financial Times reports that European carriers have
begun stockpiling the new nano-SIMs in expectation that Apple's next-
generation iPhone will be launching using the new standard in the coming
months.

java -a para1 -b para 2 -file app.dat
to launch the gui. Note, the app.dat file is in file also an xml file. The
application, though, shows different content by looking at app.dat.

但是我的目的是：
1.MPG这个视频的framerate是25，但是我想把它有时候改成20，有时候改成10。甚至还
要更改I-frame，B-frame和p-frame的rate。那这该怎么实现呢？
有人说要“put a videoscale element between decodebin and the caps filter”，
那我具体啊该怎么做呢？

这种方法可以更改frame rate。
但是没法实时更改。我想要随时更改这个frame rate。
