东海岸有没有：
1，城市，中心城市，至少中等规模城市。
2，海岸，有礁石，沙滩。Google earth上看东海岸大部分是河滩、滩涂、淤泥、沙滩
、平原，有没有石崖岸边？
3，温暖阳光足，靠南部，北卡以南？！
4，最好没有少有飓风天灾啥的。。。
再加一个：
5，黑人少点，治安还可以的。。。
西海岸左逼太多，不考虑。

我们的初步设想（0-5 为重要性指数，除了治安，其它都不是必要条件。）：
（5） 治安好。安全。
（4） 房价不太贵，最好不高于30万。
（4） property tax 和其它税率较低。
（4） 社区比较思想进步，不歧视亚裔。
（4） 附近有好医院。
（4） 最好Single family house，有后院。
（4） 2个以上bedroom，1.5个以上bathroom。
（3） 离Fort Lauderdale 或 Miami 最好不超过一小时车程。
（3） 生活费用较低。
（2） 自然环境适合退休人养老。
（2） 不是最容易受sink hole、台风等自然灾害重创影响的地区。

GREENHILL, Ala. — DEVELOPING: Four people are dead in northwest Alabama,
and authorities are seeking a man for questioning.
Lauderdale County authorities found four people dead in a small frame home
in the Greenhill community about 8:30 a.m. Tuesday.
