15am.
The person finally showed up (looked like a substitution)came in without any word of apology.
I twice requested dismissing my case based on the court's fault (judge being 45 minutes late), but did not get it from the substitution(?) judge.
He later told me that my behavior in the court was not appropriate (hinting I could be thrown into jail by demanding dismissal).

Because I had thought it has a lot of fast footwork.
This article dissects the reasoning well. This is more about a build-in
rhyme one has got used to.
In theory (not actually tried), it has less to do with fast response or fast

jimmy fallon在刚开始的一段时间，能看出来非常紧张。
但是看了一段时间后觉得他状态越来越不错了。show的定位比较清楚，应该是比较年轻的观众群。
monologue不是他的长项,就只讲5分钟的样子。不过这5分钟的质量也不错。
他在尝试一些新的风格，比如用很多silly的小游戏增加和观众，来宾的互动。
充分发挥他的长项，模仿名人唱歌跳舞，还有热门剧集的parody.那个real housewives of late night得系列笑死我了。。。。强烈推荐。
还有一个亮点就是乐队， the roots 的水平比其他talk show band 高出去一大节。
尽管采访来宾的时候还是常常傻笑，废话多，常被来宾嘲笑，不过他的personality很讨人喜欢。看他在SNL那么多年，常常忘词笑场，但是大家还是蛮喜欢他，他的傻笑帮了不少忙。
不过不过呢。。。 Conan同学还是比他强了。。。 |

最触动是一提Daniel Lerner被问到为什么不做独奏家。他说独奏家从一个城市到另一
个城市，与不同的交响乐团和指挥合作，每一场排练三四次，每个曲目演奏一两次。只
有四重奏，在一起那么久，才能深入创作者的灵魂，找到有意义的解读。
另一个是Peter Mitchell给学生上提琴课时讲的故事。说他年轻时曾有幸在大师面前演
奏，自己觉得烂到家，满以为大师会拂袖而去，大师却说好得很。他很气，觉得大师是
个虚伪的人。后来与大师平起平坐了，再问，我当年拉得那么烂，您怎么能昧着良心叫
好呢？大师很气，说你是不是拉了这一段，这个指法我从没见过；又是不是拉了那一段
，那种处理令人耳目一新。对于演奏大师只关心美好的他所欣赏的一面，而不去吹毛求
疵。
第一个故事是缘分，第二个是相处之道，二者缺一不可。 |
