实叫Archer，而不是叫什么Anarene。它位于达拉斯西北部100迈的地方，一共2000号人
。此小镇因发现石油而一度兴旺，自从石油价格大跌后就一蹶不振，基本是鸟不拉屎的
地方。
男主人公是个越战老兵，回来后连续两任小镇sheriff，深受当地人信任。那女的因自
我防卫枪杀其第三任丈夫，搬回奥斯丁。此后马上指控她枪杀其夫的当晚，sheriff强
奸了她。立案庭审后sheriff被无罪释放，因为没有什么真凭实据，what he said
against what she said。而且整个county都支持他，没啥人相信一个遗弃自个两个孩
子的外来妇的说法，男的还第三次当选sheriff。女的不服气，继续上诉联邦法庭，提
出民事诉讼。其中sheriff承认和该女发生性关系，但是是在女方半推半就的情况下发
生的，不存在rape的情况。女方律师辩称女方不反抗到底并不意味着自己是情愿的，是
出于保护自己而选择忍受和顺从。最后法官判county和sheriff本人各付100万美元给女

话说今年公司培训大家伙儿的团队领导能力，就让我们看了the last place on earth
来学习，还请了老师一边看一边讲解。
电影在youtube上能搜到，可惜字幕都是youtube自己生成的，不准确的部分相当多，勉
强凑合看着，应该大致能明白内容的。
电影说的是真人真事，描述了上个世纪初两位探险家——英国人Scott和挪威人
Amundsen——前往南极点（也就是所谓的the last place on earth，当时唯一一片未
被人类探索过的地点）的比赛。电影的倾向性其实是很明显的，连音乐都能反映得出来
。两位探险家主角被当作团队领导的教材来讲解，倒是颇具趣味的。而参加培训的同事
们的反应，尤其有趣。这里就摘选其中几段说说大家的议论好了。
两人的出场就对比鲜明。Scott原本是战舰舰长，因为指挥的战舰沉没而被免职（面对
上司的责问，他解释原因：我当时在收电报，不在指挥室= =）。Amundsen则正计划着

说实在的写东西累。这大过节的，陪孩子折腾礼物，滑雪，晚上才有点时间。
这所谓的粉丝哭天呛地，挡不住票房还是这么好。没必要替一个已经接近800个咪票房
的电影去辩护，包括俺贡献的全家的，可能自己还会再去贡献一次。粉丝的水平，一直
是个有趣的话题。比如中国电影就特照顾粉丝，结果咱拍点啥，一打起来就是辫子甩阿
，裤裆藏阿。一文起来就富春山居图。要是按囧国人的人文水平，星战要拍成韩剧，人
猿星球要拍成血海深仇今来报，手刃兔兔坚决报复猴子的大屠杀。真正的好电影不是这
么拍的，观众有情绪，但也不是白痴，笑阿骂阿最后还是会发现编剧导演的牛逼。
星战这部好不好，不要光看粉丝在那喷，有时间看看正经的影评。星战其实是要放在时
代的大背景里面看的，同时期的star trek也是。具体的网上可以查到。我自己看原初
三部的时候，那时候国内还没这么多影评呢。因为根本看不到，就在图书馆看到某官方
影评（对应帝国反击战），说人类社会是前进的，怎么可能最后回到帝国主义时代呢，

家里的御用摄影师又嫌外头麻烦又嫌屋里热不想给俺拍。。。。
只好自己屋里摆个脚架，挑了五套衣服拍拍了。。。。

said: This is the last day I abuse myself. There are tons of papers this
semester, especially the Case Study. We need to draw a flow chart of
pathophysiology for case studies every week, just like those in textbook.The
more complicated the flow chart is, the higher the grade is. In the first week
, most of students got lower than 7. However, 74% is the cutting score for
passing.

*的。
这样感觉对这个人太有利了。并且一个大合作组很多时候这个A***什么都没做，但是放
名字他还是得第一个。
当然传统归传统，虽然我觉得还行，但有时候还是觉得适当的时候适当的paper应该按
贡献排。
当然实验领域估计还是的按last name，按贡献不好分。
他们高能实验的paper前2个作者的last那么都是Aa**, 靠，怎么会有这样的姓。。 |
