较了几家装修公司后选择了两家华人公司，老板姓YU还有一个姓Lao。 他们报的工期最
短，价格相比老墨的有大概10%的优惠。 当时觉得不错，毕竟都是华人，他们也承诺所
有的都会符合标准，完工后半年内保修。
因为我们对装修没有非常仔细地设计，就按照他们要求和推荐的来。现在觉得有几个要
提醒大家：
１。选择华人装修公司一定要联系他们以前做过的工程的人家要推荐和反馈。如果他们
不愿给，一定说明这个公司信不过。
２。在选择付款方式时切忌按照他们要求的完工时付清。 一定要在他们宣布完工后至
少３０个工作日内付清最后款项，这样你可以找专业的人士帮你看看还有哪里做的不到
位。 当你付完最后一分钱的工程款后，你是基本上联系不到他们的。
３。房屋设计要先看他们的设计方案，如果没有，请不要开工。 不然你损失的不仅是
钱还有日后返工的危险。
